This is my goto gym when I travel to Crockett for work. The owner, staff and members are friendly and helpful, and the equipment is excellent. The gym very clean and organized. It's nice to get in a good workout without needing to spend half your time looking for attachments and plates. I love Muscle and Curves Gym. 💪

We joined this gym not realizing just how amazing the experience would be. The staff (especially Erin) are so professional and helpful. The owners are amazing and take time to talk to us every time we go. It’s super clean and the equipment is nice. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. I really love going to work out. Having a place like this in a little town like Crockett is a serious blessing!!! If you want to joint a gym..run don’t walk to muscles and curves.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym! I came down here for work and this gym has been perfect because they have a non-resident plan and they are open 24/7. I loved going late at night, it was after work and barely any people were there. The housing for my job did not have the best shower so the showers at this gym were a lifesaver! It’s a spacious gyms with a lot of equipment options. I really enjoyed coming to this gym and I will miss it a lot, please open locations in every state 🥲

Just recently moved to Leon County from Houston. After checking out 5 other gyms in the area, I decided on Muscles and Curves. Any gender, any age, with any level of experience can expect to walk into a clean facility any time of day and work out comfortably. It speaks volumes of the culture that the wonderful owners and employees have cultivated over their 32 years in business. After only a few minutes of talking to one of the owners it’s easy to see how much thought went into selecting each piece of equipment and the overall design of the gym. From the cam systems on the machines that provide the best resistance and range of motion to different safety features, everything is carefully picked. Hands down the best gym for a couple of counties with amenities that rival those of bigger gyms back home

This is a clean and well maintained gym. The owners are great and are usually around. The dressing area is a bit tight and lockers are sometimes scarce. The weight and machine selection is great. No need to feel self-conscious everyone is great. Overall best mix of available activities, weights and facility around.

Have enjoyed working out here now for the past few weeks, and there is a great selection of equipment, and this excellent new LaBlast Class that combines a variety of dance moves to work your whole body! Very friendly staff and atmosphere, and clean upscale facilities. I look forward to sticking to my new regimen 🤗🤗

Clean and fresh restrooms. Very comfortable kids lounge with Disney channel (makes it a whole lot easier to get an uninterrupted hour of exercise!) Pleasant and helpful staff. No unnecessary noise. Just a great place overall.

The new gym is awesome! I have been going to Muscles and Curves for over 6 years now. The owners have done a remarkable job, and they are so nice and helpful (and really knowledgeable too). The equipment is great and everything is always clean and neat. It looks so professional. It is wonderful to have such a remarkable gym right here in Crockett!

Worked out here for a week while traveling and loved it. It's a traditional gym, with enough free weights and benches to get a good workout in. The owner is a gem who wants even her visitors to succeed it their health journey. I highly recommend it.
