This is a really terrific workout facility. The staff really does a good job maintaining the facility and the equipment. If you have any questions or need help the staff is always friendly and there to help. This facility is a safe place to come and bring your kids and as a added perk they will even watch your kids while you workout. They even have all kinds of classes and tanning booths. The bottom line is this place is safe, the staff is caring and the people really friendly. That goes a long way for me and my family.

Always enjoy coming here for a workout. Plenty of equipment including machines, free weights and cardio machines. Plenty of options and usually able to get whatever equipment you need.
Low price membership starting at $10 per month.

Decent, at best. Equipment takes a good while to get repaired/replaced. Painted recently but couldn’t tell a difference? Weights laying all over the ground in the dumbbell section daily. Also, everyone needs to be wearing a shirt when they workout at a gym like this. This isn’t Venice beach, or golds gym for that matter. The same crowd that takes their clothes off also slam the weights incredibly loud and disturb everyone else in the gym. Front desk staff didn’t seem to mind one bit which was concerning. This is a family gym, if you want to workout half clothed and slam weights for an hour straight, go to Aerofit, but get ready to be embarrassed by some actual weight lifters.

Love the gym. Affordable for $10. Great front desk staff members. Super kind. They get to know your name and you’re happy to see them when you come in. They could use another squat rack, reorganize by removing some treadmills or ellipticals. More kettlebells (only have 2) but for the price you can’t beat it. The only downside is they’re not open on Sundays at all for the basic membership and have to be in by 8 pm. Other than that I’m happy and it’s been a awesome time getting to know all the ppl here. Huge range of ppl from teens to all ages working out here. Updated review to 5 stars since they added coffee once in awhile and the new additions they’re making. Thx for the lil upgrades. They don’t go unnoticed. The only thing they NEED still is a hexagon bar

Alex at the front desk was very Transgender inclusive and was very professional about it the moment I disclosed. It’s rare in this small town to find places that will accept and respect the transgender community ❤️ I applaud this employee! I like this gym suitable for all ages young and not so young . Friendly staff , helpful dont know how to work any of the machines they are happy to help show you and make sure you can understand how it works . I've been training with Tru and he did an excellent job. The price is very reasonable which is a big plus for me . Only neg no pool .

I got a two week trial of this place and I, personally, can say all of this with confidence. The staff are super meh like not the trainers but the front desk attendants and maintenance guys. The work out machines are okay but one day I forgot my headphones and the music in there is super weird but it's their gym so I mean they can play what they want. One thing I can compliment is how clean the place was. They keep it spic and spam in there. I rate the staff 2/5 the equipment 3/5 and the cleanliness 5/5. Good gym but needs improvement. Keep up the work!

Love this gym! Normal gym prices nothing over priced. Plenty of various workout equipment. Affordable, $10.77 a month after initial start fees. If you ask they will normally give away free trial period! The staff is ALWAYS nice and curtious. Never been leaving "wished i just stayed at home" feeling. 12 years and up may use the equipment; however, as my 12 yo discovered, he's too small to operate most equipment properly.

The kids club staff is friendly and the kids enjoyed their time. The kids club is open during regular staffed hours of the gym, 8 am-8 pm weekdays, 8-noon Saturdays. The gym is accessible to platinum members 24/7.

Trainers are on staff to assist with questions or to work with you one-on-one at hourly rates and will help with diet plans as well. Also included are various group classes and tanning booths. No aquatic facilities are currently available. Lockers and showers are available. Platinum members may bring one guest at no charge each visit. No product sales on site (ie, smoothie/juice bar, etc.)

Company group rates may apply and be eligible for payroll deduct with a one year contract. Medicare recipients may be eligible for free membership.
