Nadia and her staff provide a hands-on approach and customize your fitness and nutrition goals with science backed methods. The gym has a very fresh look and provides a large selection of workout equipment from cardio to weight lifting. My partner worked with Nadia to develop a personalized diet and overtime I ended up incorporating many of the food choices into my own diet and have experienced noteworthy changes.

Highly recommend Darius!!!
Originally, I signed up my teenage daughter to learn correct form and movements and to keep up conditioning for her club sport. Darius has helped her in more ways than just form and conditioning - she doesn't dread working out most days which is a huge win!!
About a month after my daughter joined, I jumped in and have enjoyed the change in my fitness routine. I like the atmosphere, workout formats, and the culture being created here!

I love NHance! I have never enjoyed working out but Darius makes it fun and effective. My knee is bothering me? No problem. He just adapts my workout. He knows me and he knows my goals. I get the benefit of one-on-one instruction, correction, and encouragement, but in a small group setting with my friends. It is like a big family. And when I have to sneak in that early morning workout, I can just pop into the shower and be out and headed to work in 20 minutes. So happy with everything!

Anytime I have thought about getting a personal trainer I have looked at Nadia’s page and told myself that if I ever go this route, she would be the one because of her raving reviews the last ten years or more. I have beard she is nothing short of amazing and you get better results than what was promised.
An additional shot out for Darius. His energy is unmatchable and he really keeps you motivated. I worked out with him for a few months and always looked forward to my 6am workouts. He was a favorite at OTF Castle Hills and I don’t doubt that he will be a favorite here! Hoping to drop in for a group class soon, the lineup looks great!

I worked with Nadia virtually and in person and it’s been an overall fantastic, holistic experience. Nadia is an incredible, badass coach and mentor and taught me a lot during our sessions. As a coach, she went above and beyond, was available for support daily, provided intentional workout plans that were tailored to my lifestyle (travel, living abroad, etc) and fantastic meal plans.

I love the new NHANCE STUDIO! The place has all the machines you need and is spacious. I also love that there is a shower for a quick refresh after a workout.
