Since I started working out with Gilbert my energy level has increased and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger. I look forward to the Fitness Camp and Kettlebell classes. I also enjoy the variety, challenge and energy that Gilbert puts into each session. RIP Fitness is a fantastic small private gym. I have done kettlebell classes and personal training here for over a year. Gilbert is an excellent trainer that cares about you and helps you achieve great results! He is knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging. The workouts are challenging, fun, and always new and engaging! It is great to be able to get stronger and still get instruction on correct form in a group setting.
I highly recommend this gym!

I absolutely LOVE being trained by Gilbert! His top priority is to assure I use proper form to prevent injury and attain maximum results. He is always positive and encouraging.
So far, Gilbert has created three different workouts for me including strength training, high intensity and suspension, all of which are very challenging and rewarding.
My lifestyle has been almost entirely sedentary since my twenties. I'm an older woman, and all those years without exercise made me weak and lacking stamina.
After going to Gilbert for seven months, I feel great! I'm stronger, and he even has me walking two 16-minute miles two or three times a week.
My overall results are dramatic, and I couldn't be happier!

RIP Fitness owner and Trainer Gilbert is super knowledgeable on strength -cardio training and nutrition helped me make permanent life changes for better health. I have been training with Gilbert for 5 years and he is the absolute best. His workouts are intense and results driven. His approach is to push his clients to focus on their form while gaining strength and increased mobility. I cannot recommend him enough. I don’t know where to start!?! This man is the real deal. Plain and simple. He has 30+ years of knowledge/experience. He has been a HUGE part of my transformation. He’s a master…helps your mindset…teaching you correct movement, and how to push through!!!! I have always loved my body, but he has taught me how to do it well and effectively!!💪🏼
