I have known Master Seeling and her family for over 20 years. I trained to black belt with her from 5 years old until I was in my teens. Then when my daughter was old enough we enrolled again and got to blue belt. This is truly a family run school of martial artists that have dedicated their lives to the mastery of it. Their students who chose to compete in tournaments consistently get top placement and everyone in the dojo gets the opportunity to learn discipline, honor, and integrity. You will get from this school exactly what you put into it.

We moved from another state looking for a karate school for my 10year old son to continue his training. We found Sensei Amy and Mr. Mel. They are fantastic to work with and very accommodating for my son and his existing ranking with another school. They offer weapons training, individual training and compete in the leagues in the area. This has been everything we were looking for in a school. They are a family faith based business with attention to individual support and overall group growth. The structure is important and my son absolutely loves his new dojo!!

We take both of our kids to NTKA, and they have a great group that work well with kids, and my wife and I are attending also, and we all enjoy it. NTKA is not the closest martial arts school to where we live, but it has been a much better fit than any other place we have trained so I'm glad we found it.

Belts aren’t given here they are earned, with that being said this is the Best place in all of Fort Worth to learn martial arts from, with amazing instructors that have so much knowledge, in not just one but multiple styles such as karate, judo, jujitsu, wrestling, boxing etc..
The Atmosphere in this place is great everyone is supportive towards one another. I love it!!!

Master Seeling teaches her students respect, discipline, improves their confidence and public speaking skills, and requires them to hold themselves to a higher standard both inside and outside of the dojo.

My son earned his black belt last year and his training at NTKA has transformed him from a quiet and withdrawn child into a strong and confident teenager. NTKA's goal is not focused on kicking, punching, and blocking, but is to develop fantastic human beings!

We moved here from Detroit 6 years ago and didn't know a single person. Walking through the doors of NTKA resulted in us having a "home" here. Being a part of the NTKA family has been a true blessing in our lives.

Master Sensei Amy Serling has been a significant influence on my son Joshua since he was a young little boy, he has been with her for over 15 years and he sees her as a second mother, I truly believe that with her help we were able to raise a well grounded, confident, responsible and kind Mature young man. Ok, so we made the mistake of trying another dojo close to home with decent reviews before coming here - holy cow were we messing up! That place was a daycare compared to NTKA! My sons have attended a few months now (white belts), and I have never seen less than 3-4 high-degreed black belt instructors in every class they have been part of. High quality instruction where they actually break out the students in small groups of like skill level and spend time teaching the forms and PROPER technique. Very impressed with Master Seeling and her team!

I would absolutely recommend this studio. Master Seeling and her team of instructors has helped my family grow closer together and gain respect for martial arts. My children have each become more disciplined, coordinated, and respectful through their experiences at NTKA.
