My kids (12 year old boy and 11 year old girl) love their time at Oakfit! Lindsey, Rob, Caleb and Ron are all amazing and so kind! My kids look forward to their weekly session and wish we had time for 2x. We definitely see a difference it's made in lacrosse and can't wait to see what it's done for their basketball game.

The gym is open 24 hours for members. It is rarely packed and the members are pretty serious and knowledgeable. The staff are also knowledgeable and create a generally productive atmosphere for serious athletes. Wes and James have been great resources to learn from and I appreciate the effort Wes puts into constantly improving and upgrading the gym.
He truly cares about the members' fitness journey and I would recommend to all in the Houston area to give OAK Fitness a try!

The instructors at Oakfit have been perfect for my 13 year old son. They explain why it’s important to do certain exercises, not only to get stronger but also to prevent injury. They also explain why it’s important to eat a lot and eat the right things. I had been looking for a nutritionist and a trainer for my son and this program checks all the boxes and he loves going. Knowing that Oakfit trains professional athletes, as well as top high school athletes is also inspiring from my middle schooler, and motivational.

My kids have been training with Oakfit for over three years and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Rob, Ron and Lindsay have created a community that my kids want to be part of. They have tailored workout programs specifically for my kids needs and goals, which has been incredibly effective.
My son started training with Oakfit for their extensive experience in lacrosse training. They developed a specific for his age and focused on strength, agility, speed and overall performance as an athletic.
My daughter started training coming off of injuries and the Oakfit team was been instrumental in her ACL rehab. They incorporated specialized exercises and routines designed to strengthen her knee and prevent future injuries. Their expertise in overall injury prevention and rehabilitation is a game-changer.

Rob and his team are top notch in the work that they do with athletes. Not only was the team terrific at helping our daughter prepare for her college athletic career, they were outstanding at hitting aspects of competitive readiness. They have been by her side through an ACL surgery and helping prepare her to be even stronger as she works through her recovery process. They are the best!

Our daughter has been working with the Oakfit team for the past five months, and the experience has been fantastic. When she started, she was struggling with severe shin splints and stress fractures. The team created a personalized plan to strengthen her leg muscles and minimize the impact on her shins. Thanks to their support, her shin pain has almost completely disappeared, and she is stronger than ever.
Although she finds it tough to wake up early for training before school, she recognizes the positive impact on her overall physical health and appreciates the benefits she’s experiencing. She’s thrilled with her strength gains and even boasts about the definition in her muscles!
The training staff is wonderful to work with and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. She enjoys her sessions with them and feels comfortable discussing any concerns. They are incredibly responsive and supportive.

My son has trained with Oakfit the past 2 summers. He has had a great time w the guys there. They are so knowledgeable and helpful, training my son to get him ready for college sports before he left, then unfortunately he was injured his freshman year, so when he came back home, Oakfit rehabbed him (ACL injury & surgery) to get him to be even faster and stronger than he was before. My son thoroughly enjoyed going to each session and was excited to tell me what he did and learned each time. From the parent side- they are communicative and so awesome to work with. Thanks Oakfit! We were connected with Oakfit through a friend and are incredibly thankful. It was important for us to find a program that would support our son’s goals : to train smart to play smart. The team at Oakfit goes well beyond programming and has taught our son, and also our daughter now, how to support their individual sports (football/lacrosse and dance) by putting in the intentional work in the gym. They both look forward to their 6am workouts- by choice, several days a week. They feel confident and mentally strong which allows them to make the physical gains. The Oakfit team has all the credentials you could hope for and does a fantastic job educating the athlete along the journey. Highly recommend for any parent wanting a healthy, effective approach to training a young athlete.

Oakfit is the place to give young athletes the training edge they need for their sport. Both of our daughters are improving their speed and strength at Oakfit. I really appreciate the way the coaches focus on correct form and the exercise routines are designed for maximum return without being overbearing. Both of my my kids starting training at Oakfit at the beginning of summer and the transformation we are seeing on the field is tremendous. I had spent my summer in Dallas for an internship and someone had mentioned that I should go to OAKFIT to train because I was getting ready to go back to school to play D1 lacrosse. I have never been more physically in shape then after training at OAKFIT the whole summer. I also had a torn labrum in my shoulder and could barley throw a lacrosse ball and by the end of summer I didnt even know I had a torn labrum. They do a helluva job and really care about every person that comes into their gym. I would highly recommend going if you are into fitness or want to be the best lacrosse player.

The staff and workout friends turn intense workouts into a fun experience. I want to personally thank Ron and Felipe for taking into consideration my minor lower back disability. They have always focused on my movement instead of the weight or repetitions to complete. "Quality over quantity" as they say. Fantastic gym.

I've been training at OakFit for about 4 months now. My occupation and my passion for hiking are both physically demanding. I've gained a lot of strength through power workout sessions with trainers Ron and David. As a plus, I've lost a few percentages of body fat while putting on lean muscle - yes, they do body scans and analysis! Every session is guided, modifications can be made, and it's a fun but focused environment for maximum fitness.
