Great atmosphere I’ve been to this gym when it first opened and the owners have been nothing but friendly and supportive even with my workouts. This vibe is like an old school feeling busting a sweat 😓 with no ac. No reasons for one star reviews unless you’ve been there. Plz get all facts before your reviews do better community two sides to every story! Have your proof ! Stop the hate.

This establishment DOES NOT deserve all these 1 star reviews from people that have never been there….I’ve been there and if you like an old school work out, actually sweating it out instead of being in the AC. Then this is the place to go. Owners/Management are great and this gym is ran professionally. Anytime you’re there, the other members are welcoming and helpful. Definitely a place to go workout

Not a bad gym. Just wish they had more respect for their neighbors. Owner is disrespectful to the people living around their gym. I thought about going here but now I'm not going to because of the intentional nasty behavior this company has for their neighbors. Part of owning a business is being respectful to the community around you, but this company intentionally makes it a point to harrass their neighbors. Not cool.

My son loves this gym so much! He always looks forward to going and speaks so highly of the atmosphere there. He's even made improvements in other areas of his life and I'm thankful for everyone working there who's helped my son learn and grow. He did mentioned the drama caused by a neighbor and how he's worried their harassment may make him lose his favorite gym. As for the person doing the harassing, this isn't the first time they've used Facebook to recruit others to harass people she has taken issue with, so I told him just ignore it and the situation will resolve itself. As for the person complaining about the noise from the gym, maybe somewhere out in the country is more suitable for someone that can't stand others around them to enjoy themselves how they please. The police have already been involved and told the nuisance neighbor she needs to leave customers of the gym alone.The music most definitely isn't my taste, but you can't control what people do with their business or property. It's ridiculous that there's a mob of people trying to tear down an establishment that does so much for people in the community. But we do see you and we support you! Thank you Old School Iron STX!

Only the greatest place to get your mind off things ,,
If you have questions people help you with form or workouts.
When you go there's always a friend to talk to
They have all the equipment and space you need ... even when it's full there is still waight to throw around or Machines to work on...
The prices are Reasonable. And the area always Hygienically clean. With Stationary Sanitary station.

I used to attend this gym and was going to get a membership there but after watching videos of the blaring music from a neighbor with a NEWBORN baby, I refuse to support any business that doesn’t respect their own neighborhood.

Amazing gym and aesthetics, love the environment, energy and community that comes in this gym, the feeling of the golden era is so strong here. The energy makes you feel like you wanna work harder to achieve your goals. Love the owners, they are so kind respectful, they care about the community and customers. I have been working out here almost a year and I never want to find a different gym, I have improved so much on my physical and mental health in this gym. Old School Iron is the best gym hands down. I’ve been going for a little over a year and all I can say is that it is a welcoming environment to all new and advanced lifters. They have reliable machines and weights whether you’re training for bodybuilding, powerlifting or even both. DO NOT pay attention to the spam reviews. We are a family here at OLD SCHOOL IRON TX!

Amazing community, and amazing owners. Both of the owners have pushed me to be a better person than I have ever been, and they have a close and caring bond with every single one of their patrons. Not only have they helped me in need, but they’ve also given a home, and a place where I can feel friendship and support in my darkest moments. They are constantly making updates to their facility to better the environment, constantly care about their patrons environment, and keep the gym as clean and as tidy as they possibly can. Bre and josh are some of the best business people I’ve ever met, but it doesn’t run just as business as I said they treat it as a family. I have worked at a top of the line recreational facility before, and I would say that old school iron will always be my favorite over that. Any negativity towards them is false. Plain put it is false. And to the trolls, do better, be better.

This is a really great gym and the owners and staff are really friendly. It is a garage gym so dress accordingly. Its pretty hot in the summer and freezing cold if its cold in the winter. This gym has a good amount of power racks and has a whole lot of free weights. The gym membership pricing is honestly very good for everything you get in this gym including the 24 hr access. I beleive you can purchase a day pass if interested. Updated gym equipment is always being put ...stairmaster, rower...cardio etc and during peak hours its all good vibes. This really is the place to start your transformation journey.
