My son just had a party here and I just had to leave a review despite already filling one out at the facility. The customer service is top tier!!! My guests kept commenting on how attentive and helpful they were. They even washed my platters and chocolate fountain out for me. Thanks again for an amazing experience

I held my daughter’s birthday party here, and it was worth every penny! From the moment I walked in on the day of the event, Kaden and Gabi were immediately ready to help with anything I needed. They unloaded my vehicle, set up everything I brought for the party, and went above and beyond the entire time.

What truly stood out was how kind and friendly they were—not just to me, but to all of the parents and kids. When my daughter had a little meltdown during the party, Gabi comforted her and helped get her back into great spirits.

I couldn’t have asked for better staff to make the day run so smoothly. Thank you for making her birthday so special!

If you want your child to truly learn gymnastics, I recommend going somewhere else. The coaches here are not properly trained and have little to no background in gymnastics, which means your child will likely stay stuck at the same level. The one coach we loved was unfortunately pushed out by the gym, which says a lot about their priorities.

The PDO and PNO programs also feel like scams—especially considering some of the coaches aren’t even CPR certified. I would not recommend this gym if you care about your child’s growth or safety.

Since switching to Pearland Elite, my child has advanced to Level 4 and continues to improve every day. Invest your money in a place that will actually support your child’s development.

This facility and staff were so wonderful for my son’s 5th birthday! Super easy to book and plan with and very accommodating! Our coaches Kaden and Naomi were FANTASTIC! They were always offering to help and clean up in any way, as well as playing with the kids! Kaden also saved 2 of our large balloons TWICE when they flew up to the ceiling :) We will definitely be recommending to all our friends and will likely be back for parties in the future!

Coach Credo is one of the best coaches my son and I ever experienced to deal with. Under coach Credo’s supervision my son has become a strong athlete in a very short time. Coach Credo is very patient and motivational yet strict; therefore, my son has achieved very high performance in all sports he is doing.

We had an absolutely amazing experience hosting our twins' birthday party last weekend at Olympia Gymnastics and Tumbling! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make the day special and stress-free.

The coaches were incredible, keeping the kids engaged with fun activities and expert guidance. Their energy and enthusiasm were unmatched, creating an enjoyable experience for everyone.

A special shout-out to Manager Nicole for being so hands-on and checking in on me throughout the party—it made me feel so supported. The teamwork of Nour, Brooke, and Credo was phenomenal, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The staff also helped with setup and cleanup, which made the day even more enjoyable for us parents. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart.

Thank you, Olympia Gymnastics and Tumbling, for making our twins' birthday party unforgettable! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic party venue. 🎉🎂🤸‍♂️

My daughter has attended Olympia for about a year starting from blue sapphire to white diamond in about a year. The experience with receptionist and coaches is fair. Most of time receptionist is professional. The level of coaches is very inconsistent. Even she attended on Thursdays and Saturdays most of time we can see a new coach almost every other time. This causes inconsistency between groups. Sometimes she trained on very basics she’s done for months and others times they were on level. The turn over is noticeable with good amount of new coaches on board. My daughter got injured as she request coach to support while attempting a back hand spring yet she landed on her own with left arm Turing out of place causing a fracture. This experience is frightening causing her a 5 month to recover mentally to try gymnastics again. The head coach called to check on her yet the manager of gym didn’t reach out for responsibility follow up as they claimed the coach did support for landing.

I'd give them 5 stars, but it's been 6 months now. Their staff turnover is huge. Every time we go for a class, there's a new coach. Only a few of them seem experienced. The rest look way too young and don't know how to handle toddlers.

My 4-year-old has been going every Friday since last year. She's about to complete a whole year, and she's still in the red fish group. I've asked the coaches to evaluate her, and they all say she needs to learn how to roll over by herself on the bars. I want her to learn, but with all these different coaches, how is she supposed to connect and learn? One coach said she's ready to move up, while another said she needs to improve her skills on the bars.

On the other hand, my 3-year-old joined in June this year, also in the red fish group. After just a few classes, they moved him up to the blue dolphins. I know he's not comfortable rolling over on the bar either, but they said he's very active, so they moved him up. That was a lame reason. I'm glad they moved him up, but I don't get their logic. I've talked to the managers, and they all give me different reasons. Looking for different options now.

My daughter has been coming here for 6 months in the red fish classes on Thursdays and we loved the teachers they were hands on and making sure that our daughter understood the assignment before moving on to other activities. This week she moved to blue dolphin Mondays & tried Tuesdays and the teachers are just trying to pass time NOT hands on at all the teachers spend more time talking then doing. Activities I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up at this time

Disappointed. Signed up for the full week extended care summer camp. My kiddo is 5, she was basically on her on the entire day. Like no real structure no real classes, or genuine camp feel. Didn’t eat her lunch and didn’t know where the restrooms were to even potty. She’s shy but from what she’s relayed they didn’t separate them in classes and they were roaming free. She let me know that she got hit in the head with a ball, but when I was called at work I was told something completely different. I got a bad vibe when I dropped her but I just chalked it to being anxious. It didn’t seem organized for the different ages, meaning they threw everyone together with a wrist band. This is not for kids under 7, and if you decide to ignore this review please have an older sibling, family member or friend accompany your child. Other than the subpar care and camp activities the overall gym looked decent. This will be her first and last day. I’ve seen enough.

Absolutely no accountability to keep kids safe. Their Parents Day Outs are a free for all where people drop off their aggressive monsters and let them mingle for cheap with the other kids. My child got hurt once but they swiftly kicked out the aggressor so I tentatively sent him back to another one months later, which was today. When I asked where he got his bruises on his legs he told me a boy Put His Hands on my child and picked him up and threw him, and the counselor did nothing after being told.

Never again. This place is too disorganized. Not having consequences for violence is inexcusable.

Don't think twice. Just register your child here. We've LOVED our experience so far.

Our 6 yo has thrived from the self-confidence she's learned from her gymnastics and tumbling classes. The shy 5 yo that would cry because she couldn't figure out how to do a cartwheel, now coaches her younger sisters about how all you can do is try your best. Though we are no longer training for the Olympics ("now we're just training for fun"), she insists on spending as many afternoons as this busy momma can juggle joining either a gymnastics or a tumbling class.

Our clumsy 4 yo LOVES going to her morning classes. I pray for the day she outgrows this clumsy stage, but meanwhile, I love watching her practice all her skills at home. I've never felt they've pushed her to do more than she could handle, nor is it stagnant. They're always teaching them something new.

And, lastly, I can not preach enough about the patience, professionalism, and understanding from their staff. Our other 4yo daughter is on the spectrum, we've been working with therapists and her teachers at school to catch her up to her peers, it's been a long journey to get to where we are, and it's such a relief knowing that regardless of which coach she has that day, nothing about how they operate changes... and she LOVES gymnastics days. When she moved up a level, my daughter carried around that certificate with the utmost pride.

As a busy, tired momma, I couldn't thank them enough for the normalcy they've brought to our family. We have found a place where all of them can be challenged and be given the opportunity to thrive in their own special way. We're here to stay.

I enrolled my kids here for a weeklong summer day camp. It was pricey, but not too out line for similar camps. I felt it was a little disorganized, as though they rushed to hire staff for these camps & didn't coordinate well. More on that below.

My first complaint has to do with their return policies being extremely customer-unfriendly: signed them up for extended time, and then the next day confirmed with my fiancee she'd pick them up at the regular time. They said they'd only refund $20 out of the $80 fee. Ridiculous. I could understand if I was trying to cancel a week later after they had hired or incurred other costs to plan for the attendance, but this was less than 24 hours later.

Regarding the extended care, we were not told my kids needed an extra wristband for that until the third day, so for at least 2 days, they were told to just sit against the wall. When I asked the staff about this, they lied to my face and told me it wasn't true.

UPDATE: To Olympia's credit, they reached out promptly after I posted this, resolved the issues I had with the enrollment process, and explained their refund policy wasn't followed correctly. I appreciate that, and I think it shows that they generally run their business well.

We have been to one party at Olympia as guests and really loved it, the young gentleman with the glasses was our coach that time, and I was so happy to see he was our coach this time.  (Sorry I can't recall the names of the coaches).  From the moment we arrived, all the staff went above and beyond to make our day as smooth as possible.  All the coaches at our party were so energetic, respectful, engaged, and attentive that it was so easy to enjoy the party.  You could tell they enjoyed being there and connected with the children, my daughter was talking about how the coaches helped her accomplish things that she was very nervous to try, like swinging.  The facilities were so clean, which I was concerned with having the last party of the day. It might not be the case, but the facility was so well kept.  My guests that had been to Olympia in the past were happy to return, and the ones who have never been were so highly impressed with the facilities and the staff.  So many people asked me how I found out about Olympia because the place was amazing.  We definitely look forward to coming back soon and will give Olympia and all the staff 100 stars!

We attend a birthday party to this location. The place is nice and clean but they are short of staff. They have some nice people working there but there was a very mean an rude coach. she is a young lady who was pushing my son to do something he was not feeling comfortable to and on top of that she bullyied him by comparing him who is 12 with babies. I think that was her way of encouraging him??... every kid has different abilities. The staff need to be more trained to manage kids.
I spoke with the manager she was nice but did not address the problem. She even told me she was to busy helping other party.

UPDATE: Received a call from the General manager, Nichole, who was very apologetic about my experience earlier today. She even credited me back the monies paid due to the misunderstanding with their staff and myself. I am grateful for this and appreciate the time Nichole took to contact me and make me feel comfortable with re-enrollment. I am changing my 2 star review to 4 stars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: My children had been attending Olympia for a while before COVID hit. After 2 years, I was ready to re-enroll them. I went to the online portal to enroll them only to find almost $230 sitting there from March of 2020. I called the center to inquire about the balance since my boys had not been in over 2 years and was told that because they came on March 2nd 2020, the balance was due. I spoke with the front desk staff (Jaime ?) who came off as rude and a little arrogant and seemed very curt and short in her responses when I inquired about the balance accrued during the “COVID Shutdown” in 2020. She even cut me off mid sentence a few times when I was trying to explain that I would pay the prorated balance today and would enroll my children on Wednesday. Not sure if she was in a hurry but perhaps, if that was the case, she should not answer the phones or be in any type of customer service role. As a returning parent (after COVID), what is needed is some compassion and comfort since I am returning my children to your care. Many parents are stepping out in faith and a little concern and compassion can go a very long way.

Giving 2 stars because I loved my children’s coaches when they previously attended but the interaction with the front desk staff today has made us make the decision to enroll our boys elsewhere.

UPDATE:
Nicole called and spoke to me about to misunderstanding. She was so accommodating and helpful. She was my daughters coach this morning, like I mentioned, was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to make classes work with my daughter. To the point that I almost feel like I am taking advantage of her kindness. I’m happy my daughter will be able to come here, because I truly think it’s a place they can grow and thrive at. So I appreciate Nicole helping make this work.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I’m a little frustrated with the gym. I did a trial this morning and I felt like it went well. My daughter was very nervous, and a little emotional without me and was hesitant to show off her skills. To be expected, however, online she is able to be the “Blue Dolphins” class because of her age. However during the trial, the coach listed her as a “red fish”. I was not made aware that my daughter would not be allowed to be in the blue dolphins after that. If I was made aware that the trial was a placement trial, I would have come alone without my infant (I was doing a trial tots class with her). Because I would have been able to give my 3 year old more attention and she would have performed better. Fast forward to this afternoon, I go online to enroll both my tot and my 3 year old. Times are available in the Blue Dolphin as well as tots at 4:15 Monday. I enroll them both and then I get a phone call that my 3 year old was denied because I signed her up for Blue Dolphin instead of red fish. So I go to try to put her in the red fish class at the same time and it is now full as well. So I have no options for my children anymore because I need them at the same time. Why aren’t parents told that classes fill up so quickly? Why aren’t we told the trial class is for PLACEMENT? Why aren’t we given more information on the first day? It is so disappointing. I already canceled my daughters other gymnastics- my fault, I just didn’t expect being denied. I don’t know, such a lack of communication. The coaches this morning were lovely, but the lack of communication cost my girls their ability to participate and that’s very disappointing.

Thank you so much!
_____________________________________________________
Super sad, I was so excited to have my little girl in gymnastics. Not the experience I expected. My little one is 3, with zero gymnastics experience. On her very first day of trial she was left alone on a walking beam. A clueless child was left alone. (Fell once on it, gasping parents on the side) She was also pushed by the coach. The coach seemed to me like a young teen. (Probably doesn’t have kids of her own) by the way she was very frustrated. it was very painful to watch. By the end of the trial class the whole gymnasium knew my child’s name. From her blurting out her name so many times trying to correct her with frustration. Maybe you guys need people with early starter education? So confused because This was a beginner class.

One last thing to add, as it being the first trial class. There was no introduction, didn’t even get the coach’s name. All I was asked was my child’s name at the beginning of the class and at the end was handed papers and a schedule so that we could sign up for the next class.

We love Olympia so much! The coach’s are amazing and they make all the kids feel so welcome and that they are part of the team! We are so blessed to have our daughter part of their team!
