Yo tenia como 4 años haciendo ejercicio, no mire ninguno cambio!
hice el programa de 12 semanas con Ileana! y wow q cambio totalmente en mi cuerpo,no solamente Físicamente si no mi salud tambien cambio! enserio se las recomiendo 100% no te arrepentiras! es increíble toda la información q me dio durante el proceso!

I could write an entire letter talking about the good things this trainer did in my life, not only has she changed my body, she has also taught my mind to think healthily, this woman is more than a trainer, she is a guide to life itself. Healthy thinking leads you not only to a better body but also to radical changes that give you a better way of life and by extension the people around you benefit, perhaps a husband, wife, children, etc. but most importantly YOU and the way you show yourself self-love. So all I have to say is that it's a good start to a healthy lifestyle. There is no choice but to love her and be grateful for knowing her.

Vanessa es una excelente entrenadora. No solo se enfoca en obtener cambios físicos en sus clientes sino que nos enseña como ajustar nuestra mentalidad para ver que el cambio implica mucho mas que solo hacer ejercicio. Nos ayuda para que nosotras mismas vayamos cambiando nuestra mentalidad de manera que no nos enfoquemos en el resultado sino que disfrutemos el proceso, que aprendamos a ir haciendo ajustes en nuestra alimentación, en nuestra postura en los ejercicios para evitar lesiones, y en como mejorar incluso nuestra autoestima. Me senti muy cómoda con Vanessa y 100% la recomiendo. Ella me ayudo a tener un estilo de vida mas saludable y me siento mucho mejor física y mentalmente!.

I would 100% recommend training with Ileana. The open line of communication between client and trainer is great! She has helped me understand the misconception I've had about dieting and working out. She has taught me that changing your lifestyle doesn't have to be boring or plain. I look forward to eating my meals everyday and training with her. She will guide you and give you the tools that are needed to make you successful in making this journey a lifestyle change rather than a temporary easy fix. Like I stated at the beginning I would 100% recommend her program and you're missing out if you don't join.

You are doing yourself a disfavor by not training with Ileana. Ileana will make you work hard for what you want while also working at your own speed. She is exceedingly knowledgeable with her choice of workouts that best suits your body. She is always set up and ready to start training ahead of time with your exercise routine planned out. She will push you past your limits and you will be challenged beyond belief, but the results are astonishing!! I have only been working with Ileana for about two months already, but I am already seeing huge differences in my results.
