The trainers are great, but the owners are the real problem. They have poor customer etiquette, brush off concerns, and create an uncomfortable environment. The husband speaks to customers ( primarily women) in a rude defensive confronting way, and the wife is active on social media but absent when real issues need attention. It also seems like they care more about money than customer satisfaction. Their attitude has already driven people and trainers away, I don’t want others to have the same experience.

Honestly the classes are good, i got a membership here for the mat pilates and unfortunately the classes do fill up pretty quick and i havent had a chance to go at all since i work so my time is limited so i dont like that you pay monthly like an average of $100 dollars and the classes are limited and they dont offer a lot options, evrything gets book super quick so be careful before getting a membeship with them and when i ask to cancel they are charging a $300 fee

I’ve been attending classes at Onyx, and it’s quickly become my go to spot for Yoga and Pilates. The studio has a clean, peaceful vibe that makes it easy to focus and feel at ease. Alondra brings amazing energy to her classes—her music choices are always on point and really get you moving. Patty is incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everyone feels supported and comfortable no matter their level. Both instructors bring something special, and together they create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out! 10/10

Went for a midnight mat session with Lauren and it was amazing! It started raining right when our session started so it added to the ambience. This session I would say is more of a beginner session. It’s was calm and it focused on us connecting to our body. The trainer was super nice and kept reminding us to stay in touch with our body. Onyx does have different type of classes and intensities so there is something for everyone. Would come again! 🖤
