I always struggled to stay consistent with working out until I joined Orangetheory Fitness. The coaches tell you exactly what to do so you don't have to think, which makes it so much easier. The workouts combine strength training and cardio which is perfect for building endurance. Everyone here is really nice too. Totally worth it!

I signed up for OrangeTheory Fitness in the Summer of 2024 when I decided I was tired of feeling bad about myself and it was time to do something about it. Ever since, OTF has been a place that feels like home. Every day that I walk through the door I know I’m going to get to be pushed and feel encouraged by the friends I’ve made and the coaches who truly care about me - not just a commission check. OTF is the highlight of my day and truly gets me through each and every stressful work week. I’m so thankful for the community and personal growth that is fostered here and will be a member for as long as the doors are open. I’m a stronger, happier, better person because of OrangeTheory!

I have had the privilege and pleasure of attending OTF CSTAT for the past two years, and it's one of the most special experiences I've ever had. I love being an Aggie, but I love being an Aggie who goes to OTF. Just as much as I cherish a cheerful Aggie culture, I cherish OTF CSTAT just as much!
The sweet front desk staff, the fantastic, engaging coaches, the workouts, and everything about the experience are perfect. I gained a friend for life with Coach Paige. Her afternoon Wednesday class became a staple and my favorite part of the week. When it was Wednesday, I was so excited because that was Paige's day! Her music, attitude, humor, and communication made a difference in each class. I will miss it forever. I will visit her and her classes; the three-hour drive is nothing because she's worth it! I miss Coach Elizabeth and her perfecting my form. She truly cares about each member so much.
Orangetheory has completely transformed my life. It’s not just a workout; it’s a family and a community, and honestly, it's one of the brightest parts of my day.
I’ve lost (and maintained) 80 lbs here, but the real achievement has been gaining strength, confidence, and a support system like no other. Every class feels electric, whether it’s a 90s theme day, a triple Thursday, or just a random Tuesday. The energy is unmatched. The workouts are science-backed and always different, so you never get bored. Between the rower, the tread, and the floor, you do things you never thought you could… and then crush them.

I’ve celebrated coach farewells, welcomed new faces, and watched this studio pour love into every single detail (yes, even OTF bingo boards 🧡). It’s more than fitness — joy, discipline, and courage wrapped into one orange-glowing package.

OTF Soco is my favourite gym I’ve ever been a member. Anthony, Leah and Paige are the absolute BEST coaches!! They are all so knowledgeable but more importantly they are kind, funny, encouraging, know when you need a push and are just all round incredible humans. Studio manager Hailey brings the best vibes and makes the best brag board / challenge signs. The members are also lovely and it is always, always a positive experience. Genuinely doesn’t matter whether you’re in amazing shape, or never set fun in a gym they’re all welcoming and encouraging and the work out actually can be adapted for any fitness level. It’s inclusive and fun and genuinely the best part of my day. Go to OTF Soco, can’t recommend it enough!!!

OTF is for all work out levels. Make sure if you are trying it out, try more than 1 class. At SoCo everyone is supportive and has positive vibes. The staff is amazing and all the coaches will end up being your favorite for a different reason. I always leave each workout feeling like my best self.

I recently started coming to Orange Theory and I love it!! Staff and coaches are extremely supportive and always willing to help out. I especially love Paige and Leah’s music choices. I cannot recommend this location enough, it’s awesome!!!

Welcoming staff! Encouraging staff!! Knowledgeable staff!!! Variety each 1 hour class, coach led. Treadmill, rower, strength floor ...stations fairly foreign to me when I walked in there mid January 2025. Nutrition and wellness personal coaching, social connection to keep me going to 4 classes a week on average for 22 weeks. I am certainly way stronger, aerobically fit, and 27 lbs lighter and counting toward my goal maintenance weight. Thank you Elizabeth, Anthony, Paige, Leah, and Hailey, and all otf team of staff and fellow classmates!

I've been going to OTF for 1.5 years and I love it. The entire staff at SOCO is beyond welcoming. The coaches are always encouraging members and will offer support to find alternative exercises if needed. The workouts are challenging but are good, fun and interesting.

Movement is medicine. I think everyone needs to find movement that works for them and remain consistent. I really enjoy OTF and the coaches at the South College Station studio. With the community they have created. I have been with this studio over a year and I remain motivated to keep working out.

My favorite College Station OTF Studio!!
Parking: plentiful! You may have trouble around breakfast/brunch time because of the cafe next door but there’s plenty of spots still.
Front desk: Matt and the other associates are so kind and welcome me in every time I come!
Coaches: very helpful and non judgemental! They have great playlists and are knowledgeable about various fitness aspects.
Amenities: there are plenty of lockers. The showers are clean and they also have a InBody Scanner and a scale. The bathrooms are always stocked and there are menstrual products available. The toilets have bidets haha
Studio: overall so amazing! There are plenty of dumbbells and our studio has a strider and bike. Our rowers don’t have an OTF Connect screen but I don’t think that’s necessary.

Man I cannot rave about this place enough. SPECIFICALLY this location, the employees are the most friendly warm and welcoming. You barely get in the door and someone is greeting you by name and asking about your day. They are very easy to work with when an issue with your account comes up or anything of the sort. Whenever I have brought friends in as guests, which can be so intimidating especially at at gym where everyone knows everyone, the staff here make them feel welcome and included. If you’re looking to try OTF but are nervous, this is a fantastic location to come to for a first class.

I loved the upbeat, focused energy. Coach Alex was encouraging, enthusiastic, and consistent, yet not overbearing. I was able to genuinely focus and concentrate on staying in my zones to maximize my time and effort. Walking out of the class knowing that I did better than I anticipated was such a fantastic feeling.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Joined this place to try it out. After one month I froze my account while trying out another gym. Without asking me, they unfroze my account after 30 days. I was never asked permission or warned about this $100 charge. During this time I called many times trying to reach a manager who was always out of office (how convenient). Directly after, I called to cancel my account. An employee told me that the last “30 day cancellation” would be waived because I had just been charged an unwarranted $100. And what do you know. I was still charged. I finally got a hold of a manager who basically just informed me I would never see that money again. Absolutely ridiculous. Contradictory information. Overcharging. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I am excited in sharing my experience at OrangeTheoryFitness. It is hard to describe my experience working out at OTF. I have been a member of several gyms and had several trainers to help me achieve my goals in becoming a healthier individual. My experiences with other gyms and trainers have been good ones and not so good. I would start off fired up but somewhere down the road I would lose my motivation and ambition to continue to workout. To honest, I would go to the gym was when I booked an appointment with a trainer. I know I was the one to keep going but I just lost interest in working out. I would find reasons not to go workout.
I was in the process of leaving a gym, when I heard about OTF on the radio. So, I decided to check it out. I meet with some of the staff, the gym was in process of opening. When I met with Will and some others, and they discussed the theory of the gym. I was interested and to be a bit honest a little hesitant.
I did my first workout and I thought I bit off way to much. The workout was nothing like I thought it would be , I was ready to quit but I am glad that I stayed with it.
My experiences have been awesome, don't get me wrong there are days when I don't feel like going but when I get there I am glad that I went. The coaches and staff are the best. They make you feel like you are part of a family not like a client. The coaches are always motivating you to do your best. I can't believe how much I have change not only in appearance but also in my attitude in myself and my workouts in these 3-4 months. I try to workout 4-5 days a week. Now I can't see myself missing an OTF workout, where before it really didn't bother me if I missed a workout. I live 45 minutes from the gym, the drive doesn't bother me because I know that I will have a great workout. All I know that I am addicted in working out at OTF. My family and my friends have seen the transformation in me. They ask, "What I am doing?" I tell them about the workout at OTF. It's hard for me to express my experience in words about OTF, the only thing I can say is that you need to come an experience an OTF workout and you can decide for yourself. As for myself , the experiences I have had with OTF has been unbelievable and I really glad I join being a family member of OTF.

I like every Workout day because it make OTF Unique where every day you have different workout and the coaches help you to do it great. And every day is Surprise of type of workout that you will do. And Is not a boring routine. I decided to workout at OTF because on comparison to other Gyms here you can see results and the coaches are so nice and make you feel part of the team. I went to other Gym where you can feel that they do it only for money !OTF changed my life! Before I start training I had a lot back problems and my everyday exercise helped me to feel better and now I feel great. Im so exited to see more changes on my body, my physical condition and make more friends at the OTF Gym.

Working out at OTF always feels like it forces me to give my all, and I feel like I've really accomplished something afterward. It's incredibly helpful to see live data about your workout as it's taking place.
I also love working with the staff at this new location. Steele helped get me signed up, and Luis is a fantastic coach.
I really look forward to going to the studio for classes. I've never had a workout experience that's as motivating as classes at OTF, and I think they've got me hooked.
I'm pretty sure I'll be a member for life.

I love being part of the OTF family! I was looking to make a lifestyle change and joining OTF has exceeded my expectations. I love being able to track my HR and pushing myself to earn splat points in real time. The workouts are different each time and the coaches keep you engaged and push you to do your best each workout.
