Killer work out in just 30 minutes - my arms were cooked after the first set! The staff and my fellow gym goers were super kind and supportive. It felt like a safe space for both beginners and experts!

My wife and I have been personal training with Outlaw FitCamp for the last 4 months. Our results are amazing - strength has increased significantly and we're more fit now than in our 20s. Madison and Rhonda are our trainers and they are wonderful! Very positive and upbeat. They care about us and our training and progress. No workout is ever the same - which keeps the workouts interesting and challenging. Highly recommend them.

i found this place using ClassPass and they’re legit! ALL of the trainers here are great and really push you and challenge you when needed! I’ve been coming here since June and already have seen my strength improve and muscles toned! the classes are a perfect speed and length and easy to fit into the day.

I have been going to Outlaw since February 2025 and love the FitCamp classes and personal training that they have. Both the classes and personal training are 30 minute sessions, so it’s easy to fit the time into my day. The FitCamps target a different area of the body each day, like arms & chest on Mondays, Wednesday is leg day, etc. And the coaches are all great. They each bring their personalities to class and they know each member. I love how they will bring you a higher weight choice if they feel that you can lift more. I find this motivating not intimidating.

My personal training coach is Madison Sandvig, I see her twice a week for 30 minutes each session and she always has a great workout ready for me. Because of her, I have toned up, lost weight & inches and have reached new personal bests! She brings the right amount of energy and holds me accountable, which is exactly what I need.

It’s a great community and I’m so happy that I found this “hidden” gem.

Outlaw fitness is abs-solutely fabulous! All the trainers are always great- they are knowledgeable and always courteous. Luke is my favorite as he always pushed me and he had great energy. I would definitely recommend them! Go! They have great classes that can accommodate your schedule.

I’ve been attending Outlaw Fit Camps for over a year and love how they blend weightlifting with functional fitness, incorporating compound movements that strengthen muscles, joints, stability, and flexibility. The daily variety keeps workouts fresh, exciting, and hassle-free since I don’t have to plan them myself! When my daughter showed interest in training, I wanted her to learn proper form and technique but didn’t feel confident teaching her myself. After training with Rhonda, I knew she was the perfect coach for my daughter. Rhonda has been training her all summer, and I can’t speak highly enough of her—she’s experienced, knowledgeable, motivating, creative, and fun! Outlaw is fantastic, and I’m so glad we found it!

Outlaw FitCamp is amazing! They have really inspired me to be better on my weight loss journey. My wife has been a member for almost three years and I joined two years ago. I have worked out at a variety of programs, different bootcamps, F45, etc. and I can truly say I have enjoyed Outlaw and the Keller location as much or more than any other. I love the structure of having targeted body groups each day throughout the week while still including variety in each workout. Being able to have your own dedicated station and a combination of free weights and machines is unique and ideal for my goals. I love the community and the passion each instructor brings to each session and how they encourage us to succeed.

I have mixed feelings about this place. When I first started going over a year ago the personal trainer was amazing. They kept me motivated and worked with me to accomplish my fitness goals. I felt the healthiest I've ever felt. However after that trainer left to pursue other career opportunities, this place has left me feeling lost, unmotivated , and not appreciated for my money , time , and effort.

The year with two other trainers was not as pleasant. There is limited availability for time slots for personal training. I was having to go at 6 am instead of the preferred after work that I was doing with the original trainer because the trainers available did not want to stay until 6 pm after I get off work. The replacement trainers additionally did not weigh-in , motivate, or discuss my health in any way. The difference from trainer to trainer was shocking with very little consistency. Additionally any personal training sessions that were missed due to schedule conflicts or illness were abandoned and still marked completed in their app. I felt I was not being given the services I was spending a pretty penny on.

After making the difficult decision to leave the gym I gave the contractually obligated 2 months notice of my termination of membership in writing , and the gym not only failed to adhere to this , but charged me the monthly rate on the month of termination. When I reached out to the manager they assured me I would see it back in my account in a matter of days. It was not. I reached out again and they responded stating " your refund has been processed today, and attached is the receipt. Sorry about the delay as this was not fully completed in the system as we accidently missed a section to fully submit the refund."

I am extremely disappointed that the huge inconvenience of being out nearly $400 , is brushed aside due to an accident , and I still have not seen my refund. I would not recommend this facility unless you are an extremely self motivated person with lots of money. If you are a modest , average person with some extra weight , I'd suggest going elsewhere that makes your health/fitness more personable and less financially draining.

Great program and great people! I hadn’t engaged in regular physical activity for about 20 years and weighed 350 lbs. I got down 200 lbs after about a year but I’m still there 3-5 days per week and I’m coming up on my 3 year anniversary now. I can’t recommend Outlaw strongly enough and they probably saved my life. When you sign up for personal training they track your weight, measurements, give you a meal plan, and more. It’s great if you have a busy schedule because they have class times throughout the day and you can get a SERIOUS workout in just 30 minutes. Trainers are great motivators, they’re extremely knowledgeable and all of them have at least some experience with competitive bodybuilding and/or powerlifting.

Just started last week, and after 3 classes I’m loving this place. Great, quick, and effective 30 minute workouts. Kicks my tail every time. That’s exactly what I need to get in shape. The coaches are great and No judgement. On the wall it says “Progress not perfection”. They push you to excel and do what you can where you are. The classes are small and very focused. Robin gives you a meal plan with options that make sense and help you fuel your body and eat healthier.
I really love this place!

I made coming here my priority and and love it. Classes are lead by personal trainers that get to know you and care about you reaching your goals. You get your own workout space during class which is great and limited to 10 per class so no over crowding.

There are so many good things about this gym.
1. The workouts are only 30 minutes. This doesn't seem like a lot of time but trust me, it is more than enough time for a productive workout.
2. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. They take their time to make sure you understand how to perform each movement correctly and most importantly safely. They also explain muscles that you're supposed to be targeting. And they can modify exercises according to ability level or injuries.
3. Class sizes are never larger than 10 people. This ensures that you get plenty of attention from the trainers. And you have plenty of room to move around.
4. Everyone from the trainers, the owners, and the people that work out at the gym are friendly and kind. It's easy to make friends there or to just walk in and get your workout done and leave. There's no judgment just a lot of supportive people.
5. The gym is clean!
6. They provide group classes but also personal training.

Since I've started working out at this gym I have gone from avoiding physical activity to looking forward to going to the gym. My clothes fit better and I feel more confident. I recommend this gym to anyone.

I Love ❤ LOVE Outlaw FitCamp. Had hip surgery back in December 2020 & that was on top of the pounds creeping onto this 42 yr old body. Something had to change. By fate, my gal pal Heidi had already fallen in love working out there & she said they were great with modifying for her orthopedic issues. So now I go everyday & I'm already feeling stronger. I never feel pressure to do things I shouldn't with my restrictions. It looks like a crossfit gym, which always intimidated me, but it is a friendly place where I already feel a part of the group. You WILL sweat, you may even swear, but you'll leave feeling better than when you walked in!

I love outlaw fitness! After a full year of being off from 2 rotator cuff surgeries this was my first workout back and I am here to stay! Trainers Carrie and Adem are amazing! The training is small group and the trainers know how to push you and if you need to make adaptions they work with you! After a couple months back at workouts, I am stronger than ever! I love Outlaw FitCamp Keller! The owners truly care about the members, and the trainers are invested in your progress. Trainers Carrie and Adim are so knowledgeable, they can help anyone, even me with hip, shoulder, and elbow issues! I attend HIIT classes 2x/week and also do 1x/wk personal training. They have this awesome deal where additional members of same household can attend the PT sessions for free, so my 9-year-old son comes with me! He may love Outlaw more than I do, which is already a lot. ☺️ When my old gym changed ownership and went downhill quickly, I knew I needed to find a new place that gave that welcoming feeling I used to get - I’m so thankful that I found Outlaw FitCamp in Keller! Oh - and they give a free week of classes to try it out!

I joined Outlaw FitCamp - Keller a week ago and have been going daily. It's hard to talk myself out of going when it's only a 30 minute workout. I walk out of there exhausted yet accomplished. Older, younger, athlete and 'non athlete' - it's an inclusive setting for all with a trainer pushing and encouraging everyone to finish well.
