Pav studio is hands down the BEST I've ever been to, and I have been practicing yoga for years all around the globe! The instructors are not only incredibly skilled but genuinely caring and very attentive. Ally, the studio owner, has created something truly special. A space that feels welcoming, supportive, and deeply grounded in community which I absolutely love! Every class I have attended has left me feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected. I feel it is rare to find such a place that balances such high-quality instruction with such a warm, very inclusive atmosphere. I am so grateful to have found Pav and Ally's entire team! I came for the yoga and stayed for the community (and the awesome power yoga of course!) As someone who has done yoga on and off throughout my life, this studio was the place that finally encouraged me to establish a regular yoga practice. Fast forward 7+ years and it is my home away from home! At 52, I am doing poses I have never been able to do before. Pav is where I go to find balance and renewal amidst the all the noise in life. Not only that I have met incredible people, in particular Ally, the Studio's owner, who is a blessing to Weatherford! I am now a teacher at Pav, having gone through Ally's teacher training program. I chose this program because of Ally. Anyone can teach yoga right? But Ally taught us things you're not going to get over the internet or a large yoga school. She taught us how to tune in to our students, how to search within ourselves to be an authentic teacher, how to create a welcoming inclusive environment, how to create connection within ourselves and others. You just gotta come check us out!

I completed the 200 hour training. I found it to lack technical training (such as mechanics of poses and teaching), and favor psychological, religious and other topics. Ally will hire teachers from your class before the training is over. So be prepared to be a good sport! If you are 50 and older, it may not be for you. That’s just my impression after a long four months.

Obsessed with this yoga studio! There dedication to the community and there students is something to be admired! They gave me a sense of home and friendship when it was severely lacking in my life while also helping me to dive deeper into my yoga practice, giving me confidence in poses I never thought I could do. If you looking for a cozy place to do yoga 🧘‍♀️ Pav is worth every penny!

Ally is beyond helpful. My favorite day is Wednesday night. I get some of the best stretches in and the workouts are challenging. I can see myself improving each class. Reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. Weatherford is lucky to have this studio. Everyone I have met in class was beyond welcoming. Can't say enough good about this local business.

I cannot tell you how much I adore Alli and her crew. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable when I come to yoga. In my opinion, yoga/hot yoga is fantastic for so many different reasons! Yoga has helped me personally with my flexibility, breathing, and mood. I recommend any and everyone trying Pav yoga out!
