Performance Pilates offers private pilates sessions semi-private, pilates classes, and virtual pilates. We use reformer, cadillac, chair, barrels, mat and other equipment. We also offer Myofascia Release (muscle tension release), and the Rossiterยฎ System for immediate pain relief.

Cody is an amazing instructor! After 2 years of private sessions, she still amazes me with all her teachings! In addition to her expertise on pilates and counterstrain, her warm and calm personality ground me at the start of each session. Before a session, I feel like humpty-dumpty, all battered and bruised from the world. After each session, I feel re-aligned and rejuvenated (mind, body and spirit). I've been coming to Performance Pilates for over three years now and have really enjoyed and benefited from what the teachers have taught me. They take the time to educate me on why and how Pilates works to keep my body healthy and fit. They helped me deal with some posture issues I have by teaching me techniques to help me strengthen core muscles to support my back and walk better.
My teacher Jill uses a technique called Counterstrain to alleviate inflammation that can cause pain and discomfort in the different areas of the body . It is an amazing technique that really helps me feel better and so relaxed . I love coming here and will continue to do so because I can really see and feel the benefits of what these teachers do and the dedication they have to their clients.

November 2, 2020, I joined Performance Pilates. The best decision I made. Michelle and Cody own the studio. They focus on Fascia driven Pilates. It will help your fascia slide and glide. Itโs never too late in life to start a class at Performance Pilates. I have been doing Pilates since 2007. This is the best studio I have encountered. I drive from Montrose/Museum area to Sugar Land twice a week. Hope to see you in class.

One of the most thorough and knowledgeable Pilates studios in the Houston area. Their approach to Pilates with fascia playing a major role is a game changer.
The owners are very passionate about their craft and they help us to make effortless body movements. Both Michelle and Cody have a very focussed presence during class which makes it a joy to learn from them. They always ensure we have the right posture during each exercise and guide each participant. Class sizes are small to ensure proper attention.
If you are not trying Performance Pilates you are missing out.

All of the ladies at Performance Pilates & Fascia are AMAZING! They are very patient and give great instruction and modification options during class to those of us who are still getting up the learning curve. I've done traditional Pilates in the past, and I can tell you that this is a TOTALLY different mindset. Because of taking this class, my sciatica and neck pain have subsided by about 90% just because of the technique and training of something as simple as walking properly and releasing muscle tension. I used to see my chiropractor once a month (after years of going); I now only go every once in a while...I haven't been there in 2 months (and that's because I fell asleep on the couch causing a terrible crook in my neck). Thank you Cody for providing one of the best Pilates' studio experience for me. I was hesitant to try Pilates as a means to lose weight, tone up and feel good... but finding you and your studio saved my life (and sanity). After just a few months, I have lost a quarter of an inch in every part of my body (every part). My back and joint pain are almost non existent. I walk straighter with more purpose. I just love how I feel and look. (I have a long way to go, but loving the ride.) I have never really stuck with any type of program....but now I look forward to my evenings doing Pilates at the studio. AND....Did I mention how wonderful the family of ladies have been? I never worry about feeling out of place....everyone is willing to help out. At first, the machines (reformers) looked intimidating and I kept second guessing whether I can do it, but just like anything, a little practice, commitment and a whole lot of instructor guidance and teaching and there's nothing to it! I also love the small classes, the variety in the schedule and most of all, each instructor displays the right amount and mix of talent, empathy, encouragement and performance....thank you! Performance Pilates offers a range of services suited to individual client's abilities and unique needs. My experience with all instructors has been great. They are so knowledgeable and want to teach that I learn something new with each session. Also, the studio has a range of equipment that they use to target different areas for flexibility and strengthening, I still don't know all the names for them but sessions are never boring!

In March of 2021, I started private sessions at Performance Pilates with Michelle and Cody. I initially went to stretch and improve my overall fitness program. I had no idea what I would learn and how Pilates would help relieve the pain in my lower back and shoulders. Regardless of how I arrive at the studio, I leave feeling amazing. The work that we do on the reformer and other equipment helps me stretch and has helped me improve my posture and endurance. Over the past 10 months, I have had the opportunity to work with most of the instructors. Each one is patient and focused on what I need. I highly recommend Performance Pilates to those new to the practice, as well as those that are experienced.

Absolutely love this place!!! Would recommend anyone with any sorts of injuries or body movement issues. I have had lots of pain and weakness after the birth of my second child. After joining performance Pilates I have been able to move so much better, better body posture, reduced pain, increased energy, and increased stamina. The coaches provide one on one attention which is really nice. Everyone is very friendly!

2nd time I've been to this studio, both times excellent results. This time it is for a bum wrist injury but have also learned how to correctly use my home pilates reformer, how to relax driving, even how not to be so tense (better posture) at office typing all day long. Yesterday experienced Rossiter technique which helped my wrist more than 4 other practitioners up to now, after 2 yrs of suffering with it. Not totally fixed but feels 80% better after 1 session with this technique. Cody is patient, thorough and recommend her and this studio without reservation. I'm into results, getting it here.

I have been a client for over ten years, and have worked with both Cody and Michelle on the Reformer as well as Mat. Before I retired, I traveled a great deal for business and welcomed the relief to my stiff joints that Pilates provided. After retirement, I have not been as active, resulting in other aches and pains that can be very frustrating. Most recently, I have been working with Cody to address some of these issues using their Myofascia Release techniques. Just learning how our joints and muscles are inter-connected and how much tension is held within has been fascinating, but more importantly, these sessions have alleviated much of the pain I was experiencing.
Like anything else, it is a process, but both Cody and Michelle are sensitive to each individual and
whatโs going on in your body at any given time.
I canโt say enough about how special these two are! Getting stronger without pain is a blessing!

Performance Pilates is a wonderful experience. I have been trained previously at another Pilates studio in Florida and the depth and breathe of the instructor here is amazing. She is dedicated and really cares about her clients, coaching them to be better, try harder and the benefits are amazing. I highly recommend the private sessions, there is so much to learn about the fascia Pilates method vs the others. I will miss them when I move away.

I believe Pilates is a great way to get in shape. This workout does not stress your joints, there is no jumping, no running, no quick jerky movements. This type of workout is good for all ages, both men and women. Do not be surprised if you are sitting up taller and holding your stomach in after the first class. My body loves this workout, it pushes you to go further and do more. In my opinion it's a stress reliever, with impressive stretching. I urge you to try the introductory offer - I truly believe you will be glad you did. You owe it to yourself to try Pilates with Performance Pilates.

I am a 260lbs male Houston FireFighter who started dealing with some significant back issues. My wife recommended that I try pilates to help improve my flexibility that would maybe alleviate some back pain. So, i gave it go and did not think much of it until I actually went through a class. I left in a pool of sweat wondering what just happened. I realized how inflexible I really was. The team at Performance Pilates was very patient with me and realized I had zero background in this type of workout. Cody and Michelle has really developed an amazing studio. I challenge any male or female who thinks pilates is for the weak at heart to work with this team of awesome instructors at this studio. They will dedicate the time and passion to help you achieve a very healthy spine. Pilates has become an medication for my lower back pain,and since training in this studio I have become more flexible that helps me in my job as a firefighter and weightlifter.
