Our son went to this gym for a year. At the beginning of that year, we wrote a $500 commitment check to them saying if we quit or left after choreography, it would be cashed. Due to the unrelentless amount of drama, from owners, and hired trainers, we decided to not return this year .....they just decided to cash that check, that clearly in the policy, was supposed to be returned to us at the end of last season... We do however owe back fees of $200, so we kindly only requested $300 back. They are refusing!!! Many families have left this gym this year because of how much drama and messiness has been allowed.!!

Phantom is a great small gym. The owners/coaches truly care about our kids and push them to be the best they can be. We left for a year and we are beyond happy they we were able to come back. Also wanted to add that the owners are very honest and have a lot of integrity. They do their best to make cheer more affordable without cutting corners. My daughter is thriving and loves her sport more than ever.

Believe the bad reviews. We were there for years. Bridgette is very rude to the kids and parents. They’re really disorganized and disrespectful. We didn’t win unless we were the only team in the division. She tries to get bad reviews taken down, too. They don’t teach the kids to properly execute skills. My daughter’s skills regressed under their “coaches”. Bridgette - I’m not angry. You just need to be more professional and learn about all star cheerleading. And please stop yelling at the athletes. I listened to you yell at my daughter when she called you last season. We were on your side, but you were very mean and nasty last season. Good luck to y’all

We have done one season at Phantom and are so excited to start another! The coaches really take time to care about each athlete. My two daughters have really improved ever since we found Phantom.

This is an amazing gym. The staff is super talented and completely dedicated to helping ALL of their athletes reach their full potential. The management is organized and totally focused on creating the positive experiences that Phantom’s members will cherish for the rest of their lives. Those giving Phantom negative reviews reveal more about themselves than they do about Phantom. What they reveal about themselves isn’t good.

This is our fifth season at Phantom, and my daughter is thriving. They are a small gym full of dedicated athletes, and dedicated coaches who truly care about the very well being of the kids. The owners live and breathe cheer, and are hands on with coaching, cultivating relationships with their athletes and striving to put successful teams together.
My daughter has learned how to be accountable, how to take instructions from coaches, work as a teammate, and appreciate the lessons of competition.
She’s not a number here, she’s seen. We are thankful for the care she’s been given since she was eight years old.

Hate writing this. Used to be such a wonderful gym. It’s progressively gotten bad with this year being the worst yet. So much drama, disorganization and not doing these hard working athletes right. Many of us are going elsewhere next season. Hoping they can make changes or they won’t have any teams to coach next year.

Posting anonymously for obvious reasons. Do not bring your child here if you are looking for a good program. They do not develop athletes it's just a big money grab. We lose almost every time. It's humiliating how bad this gym is and we the parents get to pay for it.

If you have any questions, be prepared to get yelled at. No one speaks up out of fear of them retaliating against your child. They play favorites. The supposed General Manager is a close friend of the owners and she does nothing to help anyone. She's disrespectful and rude. All they do is gossip about the kids and other parents. (We're new to the area and this is the first gym we've been to that doesn't have a NO GOSSIP policy). A lot of the other parents are rude.

They are DICTATING that we be in Biloxi MS (to LOSE AGAIN) on Friday so they can PAY for a place for an extra practice. Why not practice BEFORE we are forced to go compete and lose? They have no consideration for parents that work or the kids schedules. Why do we even have to go when we know we won't win? This gym is disorganized and run poorly. Try any other gym in the area. There are far too many decent ones for this place to get away with highway robbery.

This past weekend I had my 8 year olds birthday party it was amazing the staff was very helpful and every kid had a blast not expensive either I will be having another party in July I highly recommend this establishment for party’s
