Audrey is an awesome Pilates teacher! Best Pilates or any kind of personal fitness trainer I have ever had! She works with you to understand your goals, what activities you want to use Pilates to help improve - I’m a road cyclist and she creates workouts that help improve my cycling fitness. She has also helped me bounce back from several injuries as well. My overall fitness, flexibility, and balance have definitely improved! She is always prepared and has a great encouraging personality!

I’ve been dealing with lower back pain since early 2024. After nearly a year of seeing chiropractors, doctors, and trying just about everything in between, I finally took the advice of a few people and looked into Pilates to help strengthen my core. I had never done Pilates before and didn’t want to jump into group sessions without knowing what I was doing—mainly to avoid making things worse. That’s when I found Audrey at Pilates in the City.
I’ve been doing one-on-one sessions with Audrey for about six months now, and honestly, she’s been fantastic. She’s super knowledgeable, supportive, and really takes the time to understand what your body needs. I’ve noticed big improvements in strength, flexibility, balance—and most importantly—my lower back pain has improved. Sessions are both enjoyable and challenging (and I’m probably her biggest challenge—I think I’ve told her I hate every exercise at least once!). ;)
Bottom line: I highly recommend Audrey if you’re looking for a great Pilates trainer. She’s the real deal, and the pricing is extremely fair for the level of attention and expertise you get.

Audrey is an experienced instructor with a great personality. She teaches a small mat class once a week for our employees to have team and strength building! Highly recommend looking into classes if you work somewhere that you are constantly at a desk. It will improve mobility greatly.

Audrey is probably the best personal instructor I've had for any of my fitness classes.
Last year I decided I wanted to get into better shape, and was nervous after having a few injuries from when I was a runner. Audrey not only listens to your concerns, but modifies her exercises to ensure that every body can workout safely with her. She has helped fostered confidence in me on not only moving my body, but getting stronger. She's also been so flexible with my very hectic and changing work schedule to ensure I am consistent with my goals.
She has her studio in her house and it is such a cozy and relaxed environment, especially if you are someone who is a bit anxious going into a workout.
In all if you are looking to start Pilates, or focus on more private sessions instead of classes I highly recommend Audrey.

I have tried and participated in many different types of workouts and thought Pilates would not be as effective as the others I was used to. My first session with Audrey proved me wrong! In fact, I worked muscle groups I didn’t even know I had! Audrey is very knowledgeable, professional and I left the workout feeling energized without feeling burnt. I would highly recommend Audrey!

Highly, highly recommend! I've been going to weekly classes for a month now. Before this I'd never done any sort of fitness class in my life. I have never done Pilates before and coming to Pilates in the City with Audrey was a welcoming experience. She is attentive to beginners and limitations each individual may have due to injuries or other things. The classes are amazing! I get a lot out of each one I attend and she is there to help assist where and when I need it! She is a great instructor and I look forward to attending more classes in the future! I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in fitness training and classes.

I highly recommend Audrey for your Pilates trainer. I’m having the most positive results! Audrey designed my exercise regimen for my specific needs simultaneously utilizing various Pilates modalities. In the beginning of my training Audrey facilitated me through minor physical limitations. We worked through it with tenacity and patience. My core and lower back muscles were very weak and stiff. After a few months of training with Audrey my muscles became more limber and stronger. The pain in my lower back is completely gone! Now my core is much stronger, I have no more problems with lower back and hip flexors. My over all posture has improved significantly! Audrey is also flexible with schedule training sessions. I work third shift, so it’s difficult for me to attend day classes. Audrey has been so kind as to schedule our sessions for the evenings. I’m very pleased with Audrey and I continue to get stronger every day!

Being new to pilates, I was hesitant about going to a studio. Those can be intimidating. Instead I decided to book some personalized sessions with Audrey from Pilates in the City, at a very reasonable price. She has a private studio in her home, where she lives with her two cats. From the start, I was very pleased with Audrey's character and professionalism. She takes the time to listen and then explains in detail the pilates method. During the class she gives you clear, concise and assertive instructions to perform the exercises correctly. This is where the real value of her work comes to light. There are so many variables going on in pilates that you need constant correction of different body parts. It would be impossible to do it on your own by watching a YouTube video. She makes sure you get the work done and oh boy you can feel the results at the end! Pilates is intense, You might have heard this before. But it works, and to get results you need a professional.
I cannot recommend Pilates in the city enough. It has greatly improved my posture and quality of life, and at a very affordable price. 5 stars!

I couldn't have asked for a better instructor to guide me into the Pilates world for the very first time! Audrey is very hands-on and sweet, and I had so much fun in every single session with her. I highly highly recommend her if you are thinking of starting a new Pilates journey. Her two beautiful cats are always a plus as well :)

I don’t know what I would have done without my zoom classes with Audrey! She gives really great instruction, is so body knowledgeable, great fun, and amazing with always checking in on student injuries - especially adjustments for me due to my persisting back injury. I never knew how important breathing was to my well-being! Audrey is wonderful! If you haven’t tried one of her classes yet, you definitely should!

I’ve tried lots of different exercises and trainers through out my years. Audrey is the best and Pilates has made more of a difference in my scoliosis than anything. The chiropractor says the only thing that can be done at my age is keep me moving. Audrey is well trained in the muscles and ways for me to recognize them so I work them and not only compromise with my right shoulder. I highly recommend you get a program with Audrey. She’s a beautiful person inside and out and I’m blessed to have found her

I did a private session with Audrey and loved it. She’s very knowledgeable about the body and how the muscles are interconnected. She found some areas where my muscles were weak and helped me learn to target those areas instead of compensating with more developed muscles.
