Had a great session with Emily!! Great little private studio tucked away in Alamo Heights but boy it was the toughest pilates class I've ever taken and it was worth it!! Come check it out!! Used classpass and I'll be back for the burn!!

Pilates Platinum Reformer with Ellie
Came in early as described in the instructions.
Wasn't explained anything. l've done a couple classes at a different studio and the reformers there looked nothing like these. Not beginner friendly, no warm up, just straight thrown into the exercise. Left the class early because I was about to injure myself.
No instructor assist for a clearly clueless client.
Maybe talking to your customers instead of playing on your phone and looking unapproachable might prevent these kind of reviews. Will not come back.

Love this place. I always ask myself “what am I doing at the gym” when I leave this place. I workout 6 days a week and I truly only need one 45 min Saturday class and I’m sore my a few days.

Favorite place for a good workout! I've been coming to Pilates Platinum - Alamo Heights for about 2 years now and I love it so much. The workouts always burn, the instructors are so friendly, and the studio is nice and clean.

Class was amazing. It was definitely harder than I expected! And the muscle shakes everyone talks about is real! This was my first pilates class, and it definitely won't be my last! I appreciate the instructor Sarah for being patient with me and correcting my form during the class. I also appreciate her feedback afterward, along with suggestions. I already plan on going back!

I had an amazing time at my class, this was my first time doing pilates on a reformer and it was great, the instructor gave me information about the machine and also helped me throughout the class. Also everyone in studio was nice and love the small class sizes. I will be coming back!

I absolutely love Pilates Platinum. It’s a small and cute studio with a great schedule of classes. I don’t think I’ve ever taken a class where I didn’t leave feeling humbled with a challenging and awesome workout. All the instructors are great!

I attended my first class a week ago and my instructor was Jill she wasn’t very helpful.
As soon as I walked in I expected to be greeted and shown around and I was basically just stared at. Lucky enough for my friend I which was also her first time there, one of the women there was showing us what to do and told us to have a seat and also recommended another instructor who is super helpful. With the impression Jill left us with we weren’t considering coming back, but we know now there’s other instructors that are very good at their job so thanks to the women that I met there I am considering returning.
I should have read the review on class pass regarding Jill before I booked with her, they said that had been here before and never had a bad experience before her.
I hope this feedback helps her improve.
