Platinum Pilates in New Braunfels is truly next level! Every class delivers an intense, challenging workout with real, noticeable results. The instructors are the heart of the experience—Kaylee, Faith, Kat, and Bella each bring their own incredible energy, expertise, and motivation to the studio.
Kaylee pushes you in the best way possible, Faith keeps you focused and fierce, Kat’s cues are spot-on and encouraging, and Bella brings a fire and positivity that keeps you going even when the burn is real.
No matter who’s teaching, you walk out feeling stronger, supported, and genuinely proud of yourself. The environment is upbeat, motivating, and built for progress. If you want a workout that transforms you and a team that lifts you up, Platinum Pilates New Braunfels is the place to be!
10/10 highly recommend! 💪💕💕

I have tried multiple pilates places and Platinum Pilates is by far my favorite place. All the instructors are absolutely amazing. My favorite is Kaylee , each of her classes are so well thought out and she includes different but beneficial moves that aren’t seen in other studios. Kaylee has become my go to instructor and i look forward to going to her classes multiple times a week.

I absolutely love taking Pilates classes with Kathryn. Her sessions are not only super effective but also so much fun. She keeps every class fresh and engaging by mixing up the routines — no two classes ever feel the same. I really appreciate how she incorporates a variety of movements that challenge different muscle groups and keep things interesting. You can tell she puts a lot of thought and passion into every class. I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized! Highly recommend her to anyone looking to level up their Pilates practice.

New Braunfels location. I signed up for the introductory class specials and for an unlimited month membership a few months ago because I wanted to really get to know the studio, equipment and instructors. I had high hopes but after about 15 classes I felt no sense of community, instructors rarely, if ever came to adjust form and when I mentioned I was new and had an injury there was zero recognition or modifications. The acoustics was terrible and the space was antiseptic with no warmth. All instructors except for one (she was so great) were brand new or with extremely little experience and it showed in their lackluster class and instruction.

So... there's the bad, ugly, and good of my experience here. I began coming on a 3 class pack. My first two classes weren't great, because the instructor, Alexa, was rude and had a bad attitude. She seemed very annoyed that I came up to her 10 minutes before the class began and told her I was new to this place, and to pilates in general. She briefly showed me how to use the reformer, than proceeded with the class. At my session the following week, she didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence. Never said hello, asked about how the previous class went, how I was liking it, etc. My third class was today, and I was very ready to make this my last one and explore other options in the city... WELL, I was pleasantly surprised that a new coach, named Lily, is taking over the Sunday classes now. She was a 180 from Alexa. So kind, welcoming, and was extremely motivational throughout the class, providing constant encouragement. The only lingering issue, Alexa never bothered to check me in for one of my previous classes either, so Lily thought it was my 2nd class (via their system) vs my 3rd, so once again... no attention to who is entering your space and attending your class... and I'm assuming that now means I owe $25 due to HER negligence. Where as Lily was making it a point to check everyone in and say hello! I was ready to never come back here, but with Lily as the face of PP for me now, I think I'm going to stick around... Thank you Lily for being great and kind! Sometimes that's all it takes to gain a customer! As a previous coach myself, its very important places like this have coaches that can connect with their patrons and show kindness, all while providing an effective workout. Lily does that.

It was my first time at Pilates Platinum, and I absolutely loved it! Kaylee was such an amazing instructor — so kind, motivating, and full of great energy. The whole class had such a fun and positive vibe, and the studio itself is super clean, bright, and beautiful. I’m already excited to go back! 💕💪🏼

5 stars isn’t enough! My class with Kathryn was seriously amazing. Her cues were clear, her demos were super helpful, and she had smooth transitions between movements that made the whole class feel doable, even when it got challenging.
She has great energy that is encouraging without being pushy, and her motivational timing was perfect. Just when I was about to drop a move, she'd give that little extra push to keep going (in the nicest way possible).
I’ve been going to another studio in San Antonio for a while, but after one class, I’m officially switching to Pilates Platinum (and even taking the commute out here). Can’t wait to take more of her classes!

Pros: I’ve been to two classes here so far and the workouts are really great! I love the flow of the workouts and they are really effective. I’ll def keep coming to this location for those reasons. The fact that classes aren’t fully waitlisted days in advance is REALLY awesome. Sometimes I don’t know if I can make a workout until the day of and sometimes hours before which is why I stopped going to Club Pilates. Very clean! Great equipment.
Cons: I couldn’t hear the instructor for either class unless she was right by me. The acoustics are horrible and the music drowns out the voice. I thought it was just the speaker system but my second class the mic wasn’t working for a bit and she was speaking very loud - I still couldn’t hear her. (My hearing is fine btw lol). I get the concept of charging a fee for canceling a class but things come up and life happens. The membership is already very pricy. I’d love to see a one cancelation no fee and then charging more for subsequent if you are a repeat offender type deal for those emergency type situations. Finally, I haven’t received any corrections from the instructor for either class (different instructors) so I dont know if this is a franchise specific issue or just the instructor themselves. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to be motivated. I was very unsure of a few moves and realized halfway through I was doing them incorrectly by watching everyone else.
Overall great place to get in shape.

I absolutely adore Pilates Platinum NB! As a newbie to Pilates, it was super intimidating to go in and take a class with a type of exercise I had never done but the instructors there eased my anxiety so much! Krista, Zoe, & Miram have been so sweet but still constructive and I always leave their classes smiling! I now love Pilates so much and look forward to coming in to class🤍

As someone who is familiar with Mat Pilates, this was my first reformer class. I have genuinely never received such little correction, zero modifications, or felt so unwelcome. I am a larger bodied person and just by the way I spoke to by the instructor let me know I will not be coming back.

Platinum Pilates is everything! I’ve tried Pilates before and I’ve never felt as confident, strong, or downright welcomed as I do here!! Miriam and Krista are my go-to instructors and they are truly next-level amazing. Every class feels fun, approachable, and empowering, no matter your skill level. ZERO judgment, just great vibes at Platinum! You can come exactly as you are, and you’ll be celebrated for it! This place has become my happy place. If you're even thinking about trying Platinum.... STOP thinking and just book the class!

I’ve gone to Pilates platinum for years at their stone oak and Alamo heights locations and truly was thrilled when they opened a location locally. I love that the classes are challenging but I’m not leaving in a full blown sweat like a hot Pilates class or solidcore. Each instructor brings their own unique style to class, some of my favs are Miram, Krista, Alexa and Zoe ! Thank you Pilates platinum for helping me feel confident about my body, helping improve my posture and core specifically!! The best ♥️

I tried Pilates for the first time last week, and as a dude, I’ll admit I was a little unsure about the whole thing. But this was such a great workout. Way more challenging (in a good way) than I expected, and the team at Platinum is seriously amazing. Everyone was super welcoming, and the vibe was really encouraging.

I've been to quite a few Pilates studios over the years, but this one truly stands out! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and energizing. Also, CLEAN!
What really sets this studio apart are the incredible instructors and free community events they put on. Every instructor (Miram, Bella, Zoe, Alexa, Ellie, Krista, Kaylee, & Jade- many more I am looking forward to meeting) I've worked with is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Each are unique and offer a variety of routines and playlists! They offer thoughtful adjustments and always encourage you to challenge yourself. If you are shaking then you are doing it right!! Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you'll feel supported and empowered in every class. Plus- met so many great girls. My husband even joined and loves it!
Truly my home away from home.

I took Alexa Huerta’s class and I loved it. She brought such an amazing vibe to class and I cannot wait to go back. She provided clear instruction and guidance and was extremely knowledgeable throughout every aspect of class. She was super encouraging and motivated me keep going!!! She was welcoming and genuine and I appreciated how comfortable she made me feel in class. Her playlist was also absolute FIRE! Would 10000% suggest taking Alexa’s class at Pilates platinum!

I attended a class with Alexa Huerta and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. I felt unsupported and didn’t receive any guidance or corrections throughout the session, even though I’m new to Pilates and could have used some help. The instructor seemed disengaged and didn’t check in with anyone during class. I left feeling confused and disappointed. I was hoping for a more welcoming and attentive environment, especially from someone representing a health-focused discipline like Pilates.
Also she said I should do YOGA since I’m so unfit!
