Very clean facility. Very friendly people and everything works properly. What else can you ask for? Excellent customer service, anything you need they are happy to help. I havent had a membership at a gym for about 15 years and wasn't sure who to choose since theres a lot of options. I found the ease of the app to be a factor in my decision to go with planet fitness and they are in a perfect location. The machines are all clean and run properly. Ive noticed people cleaning the seats and handles (they have squirt bottles and paper towels stations in several locations) which is nice. I got the 25 dollar a month membership (black pass) because I like using the tanning booths and massage chairs on top of the workout equipment. I have only used the stand up tanning booths and found it be easy to use and the rooms and booths were clean and modern. The massage chairs were also clean and modern and easy to use. The staff at the front activates it all for you and all you have to do is sit down on the chairs or stand up in the case of the tanning booths, you literally just press start and it begins on a timer (i was a little worried because i never know how to use those touch screens or what buttons to press). Also, I say modern because I havent been to a gym that has those options and thats a HUGE factor in me going with planet fitness and they make it all easy to use and do it all with a smile on their faces. They are amazing people and I love visiting this place keep up the good work!! Last thing, when I go its not super busy and I love that you can check on the app and see how busy it is.

Yikes..The locker rooms stinks, From day to day the smell seem like stuff is left in the locker room, then there is mold in the corners of the locker, Saddened,if the lockers are not clean the equipment is dirty also..Get it to gother Arlington..Good location but dirty gym..

Response: I don't speak with managers as I am not an employee..I am a customer..My role is different from the role of an employee or business owner..If I can see the filth or smell the odor for a fews days, then it's clear that it a choice( or standard) rather than a random moment..Its clear..I stopped at a few random things I observed..A full review becomes a call to OSHA Dept of Health..I m simply requesting that a daily cleaning of the locker room is requested..It not a hard request..By the way..mold shut a building down until it treated..

I’ve been here a few times. All the staff was great and the club looks great too. Nice and clean! A special shout out to an employee. His name is Idrees. My car battery ran down in the parking lot. I came into the club looking for help. He jumped up and said he had cables. He really went the extra mile. He came out and helped me get my car jumped He was so sweet about the whole thing as well. He happened to be on his break too I think. I was blown away by his kindness.

Cooper street Arlington, Texas plant fitness restrooms, showers, and dressing rooms are disgusting. I said something to staff, and they claim they clean it. I can clearly see that they don’t. The same trash be in the trash cans in the dressing rooms, people’s period pads, etc. Same residual, people’s belongings, and hair in the showers. Toilet stalls stink, I’m not proud at all to be a member of this gym, and this location particularly. I wish someone would make the staff work, and do better, instead of standing around at the desk kicking it with each other.

I been going to this gym for 2 years. I had to cancel my membership due to moving. After speaking with the gym he said wait to this specific day before you can cancel. Come to find out that specific day was when they withdraw the money for the next month. So he wanted me to get charged for the next month then cancel. I called customer service and they said that he should have canceled it before that day to not get charged. I’m definitely taking it to headquarters and it’s not about the money it’s about the games he tried to play while I came on time to cancel. Guess what I’m down for this game. I enjoyed my time at this location. Just be careful when you sign up online make sure to get the no commitment contract. I thought that that’s what I signed up because Planet fitness has always had no commitment commercials they never tell you that it is a contract that makes you commit. Always tell you the best part on commercial that will catch your ear and attention not this🤦🏽‍♀️ Lesson learned. It cost me an extra $50+ to cancel my membership and I had just signed up only two months ago. A Well-Maintained Gym with a Great Atmosphere

I’ve had a generally positive experience at this gym it’s well maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. However, I wanted to share an observation about gym etiquette, particularly during the daytime hours.

I’ve noticed that some members seem more focused on socializing or following others around rather than staying dedicated to their workouts. While everyone has their own approach to fitness, I think a more focused and respectful environment benefits everyone. Confidence and self-discipline go a long way in creating a comfortable space for all gym goers.

Overall, I appreciate the gym’s atmosphere and encourage everyone to stay focused on their own fitness journeys while being respectful of others.

Me personally I like to come at night because I get really annoyed when there’s people around me that are not doing anything or just socializing plus it’s somewhat fits my schedule a whole lot better.

I’m talking to my gym bros we need to walk up with our head up high. Sweating them isn’t gonna make you more attractive. Level up work on yourself stack that money because at the end of the vast majority of them are not even worthy.💪🏋️

I've been a member with planet fitness for quite sometime. With my work schedule the 24hrs availability is important. I've been to this current location for the past 3 years. Its 5 mins from home. But the amount of times I have had to cut my leg day short due to broken machines is a little irritating. Summer time is super crowded with the young kids and not enough machines. Its hard to find a 24 hr gym these days so I stay but geez fix the machines 😒

I’m not one to typically give reviews on places, but what I just experienced was absolutely ridiculous. I’m new to the area and have worked out at a Planet Fitness before, so I was going to try to find one around the area I liked as well. As of right now I don’t have a current membership with them anymore, so I was coming to this location (as it’s the most convenient from where I’m located) to try it out and see how I like it. As I walk in no one greets me, I have to stand there at the front to be helped (there were 4 employees standing there) a girl finally helps me get my day pass set up. After I’m done working out I go to the front to set up a membership. There were 4 employees at the front (one I believe being a manager) and they were all laughing giggling paying no mind to me needing to be helped, and as I’m finally being helped I asked if I could sign up for a membership, the guy replies (like today?”) No like tomorrow? Like excuse me? Why would I ask if I didn’t want to sign up today? Then he pointed me over to the ipad and was going to leave it at that. I then asked if everyone was too busy to actually help me and to go over the memberships with me, and he replies “no I mean like I can explain it) So do that?? The tone and the way this whole experience was, was just annoying. The employees need to do better. It’s really not hard giving good customer service, and it wouldn’t have taken long either.

I’ve work out of town . I decided to stop at this location. Since the first time I step in here as soon as I badge in a young blond guy literally screaming sr sr sr !! Behind me as I made my way to the men’s room I turn around and he said I couldn’t use this location because my profile was from my home town to change it or next time i wont be able to come in . I said ok I wasn’t aware of that I usually work out of town and no one has ever told me that . The following day I went back and ask to talk to the manager and the guy that was there told me that that young blond kid was the manager the same one that treated me so awful and didn’t take the time to explain anything on which the guy responded don’t listen to him man . I literally went to this location for a good 2 weeks and not one day this person left me alone constantly complaining about how I needed to change my profile to this location and that my picture need to be updated every single time I went was the same thing I did feel so discriminated since I was probably the only latin around them he made me feel uncomfortable uneasy and uncomfortable.

HORRBLE! seriously, i injured myself in this gym. the machines are always broken and never get fixed. i was working out at the leg press and out of nowhere the seat just literally drops as im in it. So freaking PAINFUL!!!! Literally had to leave the gym 20 mins in because my head was hurting so bad. When i told an employee they just responded by saying “ oh it’s always broken”? its always broken and for some reason its still in service? I have been a member for years. I recently changed my membership from regular to black card so I can workout anywhere. I have to move to another location after a month I changed it. Unfortunately, they don't have a branch where I am moving so I canceled the membership. They still charged me for a contract buyout when my main reason for changing to black card is portability and they don't have the branch where I'm moving in. Mr. Douglas Martines the manager was not happy I called him on a Saturday when an employee gave me his number to settle this. PF will never have my business again.

I walked into this facility and kindly asked if I could use the restroom. The 1st associate said yes, and gave me directions. As i walked past the middle register, another member who appeared to be a manager proceeded to ask me if I was a club member , and then asked me if I was pregnant. I said no, not a club member, and yes im pregnant. She then proceeded to say u can't use the restroom here, i kindly said ok, thank you to the associate that originally said yes to me. As I was walking out, the manager said she's a liability, if she slips and falls, "not on my clock she stated" I was still in the facility when she said that. I then said, I am sorry, that's extremely rude, let me leave first then you can talk.
Talk about RUDE and discriminatory. The associates face was in disbelief as she heard what the manager said to me.
What would have been the difference if I was a member???? Still be denied because I'm pregnant.. I need the owner to contact me. Thank you.

30 minute workout machines need to be replaced. They are old and always breaking down. Also need to do something about people on their cell phones just sitting on the machines looking at their phone. I come there to do my 30 minute circuit training and hard to do when theses people just sit there on their phones and not even working out. It gets worse in the summer when the teenagers get in free for the summer. I have been a member since 2019 and it was great then but it really has gone down hill including not keeping it clean. I have gone in the restroom where there has been toilet paper all over the restroom floors. I go to this one because it is close to my house. I can’t go to any of them because I don’t have a black card and can’t afford to pay for one. My insurance pays for me to go there and I really don’t understand why I can’t go to any one since my insurance pays for this. Hopefully we will get new machines for the 30 minute workout room soon.

Very good gym and lovely staff. The only thing is the water is freezing cold in the showers. I tried all female showers.... All freezing cold. And I heard a male customer complaining about the same issue. Please fix the hot water in the showers.
