The management at the Bellmead facility seems to be lacking in customer care, and over work ethics of the Planet Fitness work place. The bathrooms are not being taken care, nor the Tanning beds. Management needs improvement, if they are there at all. Staff often seem uninterested and unmotivated, which impacts the overall quality of the gym experience.

Planet fitness is a wonderful place for us to start our fitness/wellness journey. The staff is awesome and attentive. The massage tables are sooooo nice. Even the veteran exercisers are helpful, showing us how to work the machines… We love this planet..I think we will stay here..

Pass on Planet Fitness of Bellmead. Equipment is OK, staff is friendly, bathrooms are the worst- no hot water in the showers, toilets seem to always need to be cleaned or paper restocked, plumbing doesn’t work most of the time (turn to hot water and the shower shuts off!) and the smell - mildew to the point of gagging!

Customer service is horrible at the night shift I come here every night to to get a massage or to use the relaxed space it’s the only reason I got my membership when I came in tonight he was just Latin in the relax space I had to ask if I could use it since he was laying in it then the past 2 night I have to go looking for him in order to use anything he is always somewhere hidden on his phone it’s very frustrating when I’m trying to come relax on top of having to pay for it

I’m traveling around the country and have visited a number of PF locations. This one is great! Good showers and locker room. Large area for stretching and functional exercises. Much better than the other location in Waco!

No place to park if you have a truck and trailer. It’s open 24 hrs. There is a Home Depot behind it that you might be able to park at. Would have a short walk to get to the gym 🚚

The young man that cleans the floors is one of the hardest working people I have ever seen, he just keeps busy and I really appreciate his hard work. Unfortunately I don't know his name but you always see him on the frigg'n floor scrubber.
Only suggestion, can you fix the water fountains? The water is warm.....I will bring my own water bottle but cold water would be cool!

Good place but I need a quick tour and description of amenities. I signed up black card online. When I went I mentioned I was new and hadn’t been to a gym in 30 years but I was left to figure everything out on my own. Just woulda like to have been asked if I had questions.

The facility is always so clean. Respectful, friendly, peaceful atmosphere. I’m greeted every time I walk through the door. Equipment fit for every level of experience plus they have a “how-to” on them and a QR code to see a demo on how to use some of the machines! The app is really useful for tracking your activities, viewing workout routines and tutorial vids. In addition to a great workout, I can always wind down and relax afterwards whether that’s with a hydro massage, tanning bed, massage chair, etc! Other people at this location are really good about cleaning equipment when they’re done with it as well as being respectful towards everyone else!! The bathroom/locker room is super efficient with showers, changing rooms and lockers for your stuff! Water filling station is also convenient if you’re a big water drinker like me!

Cut the locks that have been on lockers for months.
Oil all poles on equipment, They have never been oiled. If you don't know what I'm talking about, call El Paso PF on Montana. Equipment sticks at higher weight.
Have personnel at the desk pay attention to their surroundings.

Work out here almost everyday, gets to be crowded on the weight machines, they could reduce the number of treadmills and have twice as much weight machines.

I like the layout and equipment availability in the gym.
But, how long does it take to get the A/C fixed? Its been at least two months and it's definitely noticeable. I come in at night and it is a sauna. I can only imagine the day.

Such a friendly staff. Always greeted when you walk in. I misplaced my work phone and called the gym to see by any chance they had it. They told me they did! So glad they were so honest and I was able to retrieve my work phone.

I give this place 0/5 ! stars the manager ALEX is rude ! he doesn’t know her to treat his employees . He has no personality at all The equipment is disgusting and sweaty ! always up charges on my account . Try and get a one day pass to see if you like the vibe and management denies access to the gym . IF IM SIGNING A CONTRACT i want to know if i like the gym ?? before i sign the contract right . Crunch is a much better gym don’t settle for less at planet fitness just because it’s 10.81 every month !!!! and let’s not forget the amount of dust the gym collects ugh filthy . Melany is the only sweet and friendly person there ! She needs a raise

Place is nice but workers lack training I had black card member ship for me and wife and was told before I signed up it would be ok that we could go at separate times but Alex Gonzales kicked her out and supposed to refund all charges asked for full refund. Hopefully this helps
