I’ve never really gone to the gym to make friends. I’ve always been the type to just show up, put in the work, and keep to myself. But the staff at this Planet Fitness changed that for me. They were always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely funny. Over time, I honestly felt like I made a real connection with them, even if it was just quick conversations here and there.

The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need, but it’s the people that really make the place stand out. I recently had to leave the gym, but I’d still recommend it to anyone new looking for a solid, positive place to train!

Not the best PF I've been to and far from the worst. I did join as its the better of the options in Cleburne. Very dated, machines need a lot of tlc or updates, and definitely need to add a few more particular machines to accommodate the crowds. Franchise owner does need to update and maintain the facility better, but all in all i would recommend for the area.

I love this gym. I love that it has massage chairs, the hydro bed, and tanning. I would pay the fee alone just to use the hydro bed everyday. My only complaint is the showers have absolutely 0 water pressure and take forever to heat up and I wish they would enforce some sort of dress code. Because some of the things women wear to the gym is just inappropriate and makes everyone around them uncomfortable.

The Cleburne Planet Fitness has displayed 100% excellence in every area from the welcoming staff to the consistently clean locker rooms, convenient parking, great equipment and just an overall good energy and vibe. Always have issues here for some reason.
Finally moved to a different state and saw I got a charge today for PF and so I called to cancel and get a refund because the closest PF here is 4 hours away. They said they cancelled the membership but no refund even though I got the charge today??? They said since you didn’t cancel on the 10th day of the month we don’t refund. What kind of sense does this make when I was just charged this morning. So ridiculous I really needed that money for my new bills here. I will probably never go back to a PF when I travel since there are so many other gyms now.

After have my leg amputated I returned to Cleburne PF to get my strength back. My first several returns were in a wheelchair. Later I worked out with my walker, then I graduated to a cane, now walking unassisted. Throughout all my rebuilding Sue Ellen, Kathy, Noah, ,and the rest of the staff have been kind and supportive. I love the customer service and the feeling of acceptance from everyone! I have never felt more comfortable in a gym before. After bariatric surgery, I was unaware of how to work out. With the black card membership, I was able to speak with a trainer and work out a plan! Cathy was amazing! I also have utilized the amenities available to black card members and am in love with the red light therapy and the hydromassage! This is my home gym because of my work location three months out of the year…I just got back to Cleburne this week, and started working out here again. Some of my biggest complaint is that the dumbbells only go to 60lbs. It should be pretty standard at all PF’s to go to 75lbs. Yesterday I had to get on 4 different treadmills before i found one that the belt wasn’t slipping. Im 6’3 200+lbs, I run and walk rather hard. Nothing kills your cardio like having to switch machine after machine till you find one thats not out of adjustment. Tanning is a joke here also. Bed 5 has 8 bulbs burnt out, and bed 4 wouldn’t turn on at all. I was told “we have a work order in on the tanning bed”. I get it, i only pay $29 a month for my black card membership, but this location is always busy, and there is no reason that the equipment here shouldn’t be ready to go.
