I joined a few months ago and after only going twice found out I had some medical stuff going on…I put my account on a medical hold and renewed that hold October…I woke up and found out my card had been charged…I called to talk to Aaron who was no help and very rude…He told me that he could message the manager but it wouldn’t be until Monday…when I asked about why it wouldn’t take til Monday he said the manager doesn’t answer his phone on the weekends…and when I asked for a number to talk to someone else he said our number is all over our website…so after hanging up I went to find it…the 3 numbers I called were no good…and I guess no one works for planet fitness on the weekends…Aaron was rude when talking to me and tried talking over me when I was explaining my problem…I told him he needed to be quiet and let me talk bc I did not interrupt him while he was talking to me…he told me that it was something on their end but could not tell me what it was…he went and renewed my hold but there was nothing wrong with the hold to begin with…I find it quite amusing though that my kid got fired from there and then my card gets charged and they can’t figure it out…do better planet fitness…I am disputing this with my bank…

I got my membership I just haven't gone to use it yet it's not the same like they used to be now it's all computerized you can't take a friend with you because they have to have an app on your phone also to be able to get in with you other than that the place is real nice the employees are real nice I just need to get used to all that new changes

I signed up for planet fitness to be able to go to a nice and affordable gym, little did I know over the span of 2 months I would be charged over $150 and have it pulled from my account. I went to this gym and talked to an employee at the front and even they didn’t know why I was charged so much. I was also charged a late fee even though my card is linked to my account and it is pulled out routinely. I was offered no refund and still didn’t get any answers as to why I was charged over $150 in a span of 2 months time. 0/5 stars if I could give it that.

Planet Fitness in Annaville Texas is a fun and clean place to get your daily physical activity completed! The machines are always working at full capacity..Never broken down! The fellow patrons are friendly! The staff is cordial!

Another PF I've found during a road trip that was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and were constantly busy cleaning. Every machine I used functioned without issue and there were no out of order equipment. Came in on a Sunday afternoon to a nearly empty gym, which was great!

I love Planet Fitness it has helped me change my life as an over the road long distance truck driver. It’s really awesome to be able to stop and get a workout and shower when I’m passing thru while working also. I did notice the parking lot has signs up saying “towing enforcement”. It was 3am Saturday morning when I got to this location and I didn’t think anyone would mind. Be safe !!

The Gym is always clean and never full. Staff is friendly however there is one particular employee that is constantly in the office and never behind the desk. It's fine to be I'm the office or out in the gym doing other things but watch the desk from cameras or from corner of your eyes. People stand up there forever when she is working. Everyone else is on it.

Club ok, I am trying to cancel subscription due to moving 8hours away, company won't accept my email or a phone call, and although I can use any planet fitness in US, I can't cancel apart from where I signed up, so now I have to have 2 days off work to travel 8 hours each way to cancel. AC doesnt seem to work on floor very well. Smell of sweat is horrible. Yes its a gym but NO it hadnt always been like that. Paper towels machines are left w/out. The new staff is slacking. See same 1 or 2 ppl do it all. others on phones too much. Really need to say sumthn to those that are training or teaching to stay off machines like in 30min area . Us normal ppl just want to be able to move frm ea machine freely and cant whn they mobilize equipment. Stay on floor where you can stay in one place for 30 mins

I joined because of my health scare. BP, Cholesterol and on insulin . My Dr. said I wouldn’t make it to 50 at the rate my health was declining.Also with chronic kidney disease I had to make this change. I have dedicated time to go either before work or after.I feel great and happy to say I’m no longer on insulin and cholesterol medications!
