I've been going to this location for a couple of years, and I have to say that my favorite thing about the Planet Fitness in Crowley is its cleanliness. I really enjoy coming to this Planet Fitness location. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and conveniently close to home, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

A special thank you to Jessica—she always greets me and my family with the warmest smile and makes us feel truly welcome every time we walk in. Recently, when she noticed me limping back to the front, she went out of her way to check on me and make sure I hadn’t been hurt by any equipment. That kind of genuine care means a lot.

“I visited this gym recently and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. I’ve been to several Planet Fitness locations—Burleson, Fort Worth, Camp Bowie—and always felt treated like family. But at this particular location, I felt genuinely uneasy. Two staff members Adra and Jessica, The truth is I felt bad for the way they approached me to tell me that I couldn't talk on the phone while I was exercising, I mean, I was on a work call and it was in a barely audible voice🤦🏽‍♂️ (I'm one of those who goes to the gym for 1 hour and I don't stop, I'm always exercising) I turned around and said look at that person and the other one are doing the same thing in my same tone but you're only talking to me, well that was the time, but on another occasion (which is why I decided not to go anymore) they approached me to tell me to put the bars back in place and they stood behind me until I ended up watching me put the bar back in place🤦🏽‍♂️ Before leaving I told Mr. With a very big mustache (he's a good person) what had happened and I showed him photos of bars left by other clients which I took instantly, the truth is I felt bad because they only told me to Me, I think they don't like me or I don't know something. I decided not to go anymore. I didn't feel like I did at other places where it's worth paying my BlackCard because they treat you so well.

I’m telling you, this is THE best PF I’ve been too. I love how clean everything is, how respectful and courteous staff is, and how staff takes care of the guests here. My special remarks are to the night shift gentlemen, Gregory and the shorter man with beard. These two guys are exceptional at taking care of everyone at once. I would tell you not to pay much attention to MY review because I'm a new member of only a couple days and have been here twice. Both times I found the place very clean and everyone including random members I asked about machines I wanted to try were nothing but kind and helpful without ANY judgement for me not knowing much about being in a gym. I've read all the reviews and some seem like they have a personal issue with someone or PF in general and maybe one day I will too as nothing is perfect, but I'm happy with the Black Card price and the Crowley facility as well as the Burleson facility that I visited before signing up. I'm older and don't use all the machines mostly because I'm not sure how they work and I don't want to be in anyone's way who does. Had heart surgery in April so I mainly workout on cardio and some strength when I can figure out how to work a machine without embarrassing myself. But so far the staff and the 2 random members I bothered to ask about a machine and how to set it up have been EXCEEDINGLY helpful AND even encouraging. I'll be the old guy just trying to keep my heart in decent working order and wiping down the machines I use prior AND after use.

When to become a member. Guy had me sign up, didnt tell me anything about the gym, didnt walk me around the layout of the gym. Nothing. Then first time going there was no one at the front desk guess he was working out. Then when I left I asked to have my home gym switched over so I could view class schedules and stuff and out of 3 employees no one could figure it out. You used to be able to manually pay your bill in their mobile app. You can’t anymore. It always says “payment processing” and won’t let you submit it. This is clearly a way to just keep adding late fees each month. As such, I requested in writing that my membership be cancelled. The manager called me saying they would walk me through canceling, CLEARLY violating the FTC’s new click-to-cancel federal law which requires we be able to cancel as easily as we sign up. The gym itself is nice and usually pretty clean, but the ploy to tack on late fees is nuts. Just raise your prices. Don’t try to play loyal customers for fools.

Employees harass you about going over the rules and give you a “first strike” for no reason and tell you your getting your account terminated immediately if they catch you doing anything, going over the rules makes sense but we shouldn’t get a first strike when we weren’t doing anything and the employees was extremely passive aggressive towards us. I’ve been going to this gym for years. Today an employee told me I had to cover up or leave because of an update of policy. I was wearing what I have worn there every time. Same style. Never had any complaints. Nothing hanging out. A lot more covered up then most woman there. And again nothing I haven’t worn there before the past several years. The way I was approached by this employee was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I looked their dress code up on their website and I was nowhere close to being out of dress code. I asked management for a copy of this “new dress code policy” which was not a thing. Employee was full of it. I’m not going to give a gym or ANYONE for that matter, my money that’s going to be rude and unprofessional and a liar. Not a good look. I’ve given them my money for YEARS, and I will NEVER make that mistake again. I go to the gym and mind my own business because I’m there to better my mind and body. I’m not worried about what anyone else is doing and what anyone else wears is none of my business. Jealously is not cute. I’m a huge believer in respect and appreciating long term members. This Crowley location does not. I will never be a member at a planet fitness ever again. Hopefully they get their employees in check and train them better.

Came to this gym for a long while and was very pleased with the service and atmosphere. Its conveniently on my way home from work so I don't have to go outta my way. I have a black card just so I can have a guest with me to spot me. I have medical issues which cause near pass out episodes so its helpful to have someone to help. Today I came in and asked for some tokens for the massage chairs and was told my guest could not use them although I had previously had no issue and never been told my guest couldn't use them. I thought no big deal I'll just pass for now. Then as I begin my workout my partner and I are approached and told he can't have work boots on while on the floor. The worker who told us passed someone else wearing sandals which are also against the policy (looked up after the fact) so instead of fighting we left. I've worn work boots there myself along with my partner who has worn them every time we came in and never once been told anything.

I truly feel like my son was treated unfairly at Crowley, Tx location. Jennifer, the manager advised me that my son can no longer come to this location because “he had things in the bathroom while showering and he was caught stealing a showerhead”. My son suffers from mental illness and has been continuously marginalized because of his appearance. Jessica should be ashamed, and I feel like this situation was handled poorly.

I transferred Planet Fitness from Roseville, Mn to here in Burleson when we moved to texas. This is only my second or third time going since we moved to Texas. What a amazing difference! Cleaned well, friendly staff, air conditioning is great in the summer. Great variety of equipment and plenty for any fitness level.
Stick with the cheaper membership. The Black card level let's you bring a guest, but when you play host, it only allows them into the gym. So, if you want to use the message chair or any other black card item after your workout, the hospitality ends. Not a great perk and not friendly for your "guest". Save your money.

I’ve been going to this location for years and I must say the staff is excellent. Austin and Jessica at the front desk are very kind along with the rest of the front desk staff. I’ve been to many locations where the bathrooms / locker rooms are not always cleaned very well. However, every morning I go I see Joshua deep cleaning. The shower, floors, toilet, stalls, walls and everything in between. It’s nice to have a clean area. When you walk into the gym you are not hit with a body odor smell. In fact I have not been in any part of the gym and the area smell bad. There are so many well kept sanitizing stations and policy is to wipe down your machine when you are done. Everyone follows policy and if not they are reminded to do so. There are ample machines to use and they all work. In the event something has broken they have put in a work order and the turn around is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the environment is so great. I have been a member at many gyms and this is the first one I have felt comfortable in and been impressed by cleanliness.

Great gym with new equipment and bonus perks of tanning beds and massage chairs . One thing I’m so impressed with is the cleanliness of the equipment there. Not one sweat stain or grime on any machine (cardio or weight). Bathrooms are also immaculate and I absolutely appreciate this ! Tanning beds are well maintained and bulbs are replaced regularly. I’ve tanned in every bed and not one bed had any bulbs out! Massage chairs were also well maintained and rooms were very cleaned . 100% recommend to anyone who wants a great gym that has all the perks and wants to pay a membership fee that isn’t overly priced or inflated!

Friendly staff! Very clean and maintained facility. This is my first membership to a gym. I have never been worked out before in my 49 years until now. I love working out now and I love being a member of the Planet Fitness family. I know go 4-5 times a week and plan on continuing to.

Is clean, have all the equipment I need, like they put all kind of music. Also they are very quick in repair the lining of some ripped equipment. They have new machines. They are very convenient to have showers, and they are close to my job. They’ve friendly welcoming. I like to go there.
