Update. So the manager pulled me to the side. I had no idea he read my review. He informed me that, there were resistance bands but, they keep them up front. Him remembering my face spoke volumes and, shook my hand also. This right here definitely gets a 5 star. I'm really hoping they will consider a trap bar for carrying and deadlifting. Unprofessional attitude from the General Manager

I’ve been a loyal member of this Planet Fitness location since it opened in June 2019. The only reason I’ve continued my membership for so long is because they had the specific elliptical I prefer — and it’s the only cardio equipment I use. Recently, they removed it, so I stopped by the front desk to simply ask how to cancel my membership.

When I asked Jaquita (who I didn’t even realize was the General Manager), she immediately went to the computer and asked for my ID. I explained that I wasn’t trying to cancel on the spot — I just wanted to know the process. Instead of just answering a straightforward question, she responded with attitude and told me she “didn’t need my attitude,” and that she understood I was upset about the gym being changed.

At no point was I rude. I simply asked for information. As a manager, she should be providing clear answers and respectful customer service, not making assumptions about members’ emotions.

What makes this worse is the fact that there are many fitness centers in the immediate area. Members have choices, and you’d think the management here would want to keep business — not turn it away without a second thought. Word of mouth is the biggest helper or hindrance for any business, and unfortunately, this experience has become a hindrance for this location.

Very disappointing after six years of loyalty.
I’d like to speak to the owner/operator of this location if possible as I can tell when an employee doesn’t care about their job or members.

I’ve been to several PF locations and the one in Euless is by far my favorite—mainly because of the outstanding customer service. Felix is always so helpful and approachable. He really takes pride in his work and it shows in how well the gym is run.

You did a refresh and got rid of the only cardio equipment I use here (the elliptical) and got some other crap so I’ll more than likely look for a new gym or location. Crazy but I hate the update! Maybe the younger crowd likes it but I don’t and I’ve been coming here since it opened in June 2019.

I’ve been here several times I know some of the employees have been super nice. However, this morning the first time I met Felix and another lady named Jacqueline. Felix told me that that is the general manager. I had gone into the ladies room early in No one was at the front desk. I had an issue scanning in, but I had nobody About it and I couldn’t wait. I accidentally left something. In the ladies locker room. I ran back and he said there was someone that walked up Felix. To check in I couldn’t. I said please let me get it before someone takes it. That’s when he asked Lady to go in there, I wasn’t allowed to even walk with her to try and find it. I gave him my information he asked for my name and that’s it. I told him I created the account and another state, but that’s Should be able to pull up my account. I know this because another location. Had to check me in manually one time. I ran and got my wallet. Get my ID went back in and said to Felix would you mind doing a little To try and find me in the system so I can take care of my account. I told him I didn’t appreciate that. He just walked away from it and didn’t even try And because of that all this time passed, and I wasn’t able to go look for That I left in the woman’s locker room. It is certainly not my fault they’re having issues with Computer apparently and can’t find me in their system. This time he asked for my email address and my date of birth He kind of threw his hands up and said I can’t find you. So I guess I’m supposed to. He didn’t make any effort to get the manager to try and find me he did Support or IT to get to the bottom of where is my account I offered to show him on my phone my account. He was not interested.. I know, for a fact, they can look up my account even if I Up my membership, a nationwide membership, and another state. That tells me he was purposely trying to not find me In the system. He didn’t ask to see my ID. He didn’t ask me for another phone Suggested do you want to try another phone number? No response. I asked him that twice and he heard me. What a very disappointing treatment. I said to the lady that it was hum Felt like I wasn’t important in that I was questioning with her to come Ever again. She did a very sarcastic response of sure that would be fine.. That’s the kind of attitude they have towards customers. Maybe they like customers that look a certain way.. That’s the bye-bye God and it’s a terrible feeling. I had to finally leave. Because he wouldn’t do To find my account. I’ll have to go to another location for them to find it. That’s basically refusing to help me. I would like to add that I brought it to About the showers being cold Sometimes after I work out. One employee told me All the showers at the same time And wait about 15 minutes. The idea worked However, I don’t have the extra time to do that. About a week ago Again, and it was cold water again. I don’t think management Because I know that several people Complained about cold water only . I think the staff cares But the management doesn’t seem to care nor take any action As this has been an ongoing problem For a long time.

I honestly LOVE this gym and how close it is to my home, but there are a few things I wish they had/would upgrade, like adding mirrors to the other “workout rooms”, as some of us don’t want to work out on the side wall with all the lifters, add a long mirror in the restrooms, possibly upgrading the stair masters, and a sauna would be nice, (but that’s just wishful thinking)…Besides “my wants” this is a SPOTLESS CLEAN AND GREAT neighborhood gym with some of the friendliest employees!!

My favorite location!

Editing: I am an avid regular at this location even though it’s not considered my “home gym” prior to moving closer to the area I would drive out of my way to this location. I’ve always had a wonderful experience and the customer service and staff has always been top notch. Not to mention the place is always clean!! But most recently when visiting I’ve been charged $5.41 for a Celsius. Seems silly for that to be the complaint I’m sure. But when I asked why I was being charged $5.41 for the Celsius (I buy one literally every time I’m there and the signage states the $3.50 price) the staff was less than friendly about it…which honestly shocked me given what I said earlier in this review. Zero apologies, instead defensive and dismissive. Second night in a row it’s happened now, and the first night I mentioned I looked at my receipts and noticed it was happening prior to as well and I hadn’t realized it. They were visibly annoyed when I asked why I was charged $5.41…one went as far as telling me “because that’s the price” even after I asked why the signage states it’s $3.50. The response again was “that’s the price.” I was polite both times and it’s unfortunate that with the amount of time I’ve spent in this gym that’s how it was handled. I was told- speak to a manager when they’re here, or “next time you need to tell whoever is checking you out that the price is wrong” I’m sorry but what? 😂 I get it, it’s only a few extra dollars maybe I’m being a “Karen” but it’s principle and to be met with that level of response was not only disappointing, but shocking to me.

It’s sucks that us a truck drivers are not allowed to park or use the gym at times. It’s understandable that driving a truck and trailer on the parking lot is really inconvenient and dangerous. But as a black card member and truck driver there should a specific parking spot for bobtail truck drivers so we can take advantage of our membership after a long day of work. We just want to have a nice workout a shower and be on our way. Is that too much to ask. Give us a spot with a 2hr limit that is all we need. I don’t want to be the average truck driver that is fat and full of health issues like most of the truck drivers out here. I would hope that this Corporation would take this in consideration.

Melissa, a shift lead at Euless, would not let me tan or remain in the building last night when I was TWO days late on making my payment. Mind you, the QR code still came up fine, with no prompts. I have paid my club dues, I pay my monthly fees, etc. Just slipped my mind and I wasn't about to pull my card out and make a payment right in front of her. The odd thing is, this has happened to me before and the Las Colinas location still allowed me to tan and remain in the building that day. In fact they were very nice and considerate about it and understood that life happens. I have also been allowed to do the same at the Euless location before, in that same week! Why should we trust the team here if they cant be consistent in policies and procedures? Is a shift lead really trying to play big boss while making $15/hr?

Melissa, as a shift lead you should learn what true customer service is. And if you hate your job that much, just say that.

I recently gave them a 5 star because they said they gonna fix the problem of cable attachments. But when i went there yesterday again they said that there is one rope attachment available for all the hundreds of people. And the craziest part is you have to leave one of your belongings to get the rope attachments.

I gave them a good while even after having my membership wrongfully cancelled in the past.

But with all the broken , lost, unavailable equipment and not getting a simple basic machine in a good condition to workout with.

After 2 years I am cancelling my membership.

On average, I work out at this location 5-6 days a week in the early AMs. Employees, Felix and Justice, are awesome and provide great customer service!

I generally have a positive experience with this location and the people, but I have to say I am a bit disappointed they are going on week #4 with no hot water... Unfortuntately, the no hot water has been an ongoing problem for over a year with the water heater constantly failing in and out. As someone who chooses this location due to its close proximity to work and having the option to shower here before work, I am really starting to dread the cold showers.

I like going here in Euless Texas. The staff are helpful and positive. There are so many businesses and shopping is within walking distance. You can park your car or big truck then walk to Krogers or Family Dollar, even a laundromat is across the street.

Staffs are well trained, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. They have nice attitudes. During my membership with this gym location, I have not come across any single rude staff among all the staffs who work here, which is quite impressive.

Always a great fan of the planet fitness gym over any other gyms. Typically, other gyms come with complicated terms, conditions and contracts including penalty for cancelation which will screw you over when you try to cancel membership. Those are the gyms I want to stay away from, because their message is clear and crystal— “you can join whenever you want but you cannot get out if it whenever you want”.

In addition, most gyms require initial joining fee or hidden fees but planet fitness is a transparent company, which is why you should love planet fitness!

This gyms clientele is also nice and friendly. Gym equipments and facility kept cleaned and sanitized frequently.

Overall, I had an amazing experience in this gym. Hidden gem in a small town.

This location is a scam i got set up with PF black card and was told i can cancel anytime. But once i moved to Hawaii i had to cancel my membership the process to cancel is a nightmare. Listen, there are 100 gyms within 5 miles of Euless, but there is only 1 gym that makes you feel valued not just as a customer, but as a human. The gym is great, but the staff (Felix is the GOAT) is what makes this place special.

They helped me get my shoes out of the locker I was using. Someone had locked my locker with their lock in the 5 minutes it took me to take a shower. I’m blessed to be here at PF Euless! Friendly staff! Trainer Gregory truly gets to know his clients and finds the best way to help them. He quickly learned what I was looking to accomplish and established a plan to help me reach each of my goals. We started with building up my strength and now after a period of time we are beginning to cut. Gregory is patient and will help with modifications if needed, but will also push you to accomplish more than you think you can. I could not have pulled off half of what I do now without him. Thanks for everything PF Euless team!

My local gym is the PF @irving , but I actually like this gym way better and prefer to make the drive to this location , it’s so much modern and staff is so friendly at this location ! The only thing that doesn’t make it a 5 star is the fact that they only have 2 stair-mast machine working which sucks .

Arrived at the gym at 5 am on two separate weekdays. No associate was at the desk, so I checked myself in both times. There was only a handful of members throughout the gym during both of my visits, which made most of the machines available for use as well as the free weight area. The gym was clean and seemed larger than other Planet Fitness gyms I have been to. Most if not all the machines seemed functional with NO broken machines that I could see. They also had the standard refrigerator with numerous beverages for sale.

The layout is easy to move from cardio or weight training. The elliptical machines are awesome. The front desk staff people are friendly and helpful.
