The gym is overall a good location. I however don't like that my guest can not get my black amenities as they do at my home gym in Universal City. If I bring a guest they should be allowed to be with me if they to utilize the massage chairs or the hydro bed.

This location does entirely too much. My homeboy had a small backpack that he had with him and they forced him to put it away. I tried to workout in sandals one night when absolutely no one was in the gym and I was told I had to leave by a dude that could barely form a sentence. It’s ridiculous. This is stuff almost every other gym allows me to do. I drove all the way out there just to workout.

Wish I could give 0 stars . I don’t know where to start the customer service is horrible they’re very discriminative . The lady at the front will argue with high schoolers. If you have to wait for a ride you cannot wait inside the building even though they have chairs and tables to sit down, they will kick you out .

I love this gym because it is clean, never crowded, and the equipment or machines are relatively new. It is perfect for me to get in a quick run to and from, and a quick workout when I am visiting my Mother, who lives about a mile away. Also, Antonio was on duty when I was there. He was pleasant and efficient!

I have never been a " gym" person , but due to some balance issues, my doctor recommended I join one to work specific muscles. I am SO happy I chose Planet Fitness!! The place is super clean and the employees are helpful. Today, Adrian was the one who really helped me learn how to use the app for so many things! But i feel confident that the other employees would also be helpful.
It's been 2 months and I have enjoyed this place very much!

I'm a otr driver and I come across many pfs. This one is open almost 24hours. Luckily for me I got here on a day that wasn't closed after hours. Parking lot is big however I wouldn't recommend bringing tractor and trailer. I don't know what the day looks like. I arrived at midnight. Gym is clean so is showers and restroom. I was afraid to be towed so I parked in the back and only did a 30 min workout. Hope this helps fellow drivers.

Un buen lugar para hacer ejercicio lástima que su personal en específico el muchacho con el pelo risado es muy desagradable me ha tratado muy mal a mí y a mi esposo que pagamos la membresía nos amenazo diciendo que si él quiere nos cancela el contrato la cual tenemos hace más de un año y nos ha molestado mucho y nos ha hablado con mucha prepotencia todo porque mi esposo me sedio su moneda para el masaje porque tenía dolor de espalda la cual él casi nunca pide y el mismo dijo que era el manager y podía tomar la acción que deseara. Está misma persona la he visto en su horario de trabajo cambiar su ropa y hacer ejercicio. Todo había estado bien aquí pero ya que él ha sido muy abusivo y problemático no puedo dar buena calificación y por su culpa perderán valiosos clientes.De tantos opciones de gimnasios hemos mantenido este insito a que contraten personas mejor capacitadas y con mejor calidad humana ya que este hombre no tiene ninguna de las dos

Excellent location! I travel alot so I've got the membership that allows me work out at any location within the US. This one just might be my favorite. Plenty of equipment. My son works out with me and said he's so glad he doesn't have to wait on Smith machines here. The stair steppers are in the back corner (and there are several) so I don't feel like my a$$ is in everyone's face. Everything is clean, including the bathrooms, which have mats on the floor outside the showers. They also have the Total Body Enhancement machine here which isn't at all locations (including the one in Crowley). Staff is also friendly. Honestly, didn't want to brag about this place because I don't want to share 😬 but they deserve it.

Couldn't find my membership wouldn't honor my membership from another one of the locations that I can only go 11 times and they would start charging me. Surcharges cannot provide with any information or any help to fix the situation. I like this place because the location is convenient for me, but every morning, there is this cleaning lady looking inside the shower area and lockers to put pressure on guys to get out of the bathroom so she can clean. I like this place one because it's located conveniently for me. But one of my concerns is people are in there on their phones talking loud. Some people are watching videos on their phone with it on speaker phone so everyone has to hear it. The staff is great but I think they should walk around periodically and monitor these types of things. There is a faucet in the ladies restroom that has not worked since I've been going there the last 5 months not needs to be fixed. Other than that all is well.

My fave location. So big and spacious. When it’s busy, its a bit difficult to get to all the machines you want but it’s still not bad. You can still do a full workout even if you gotta wait a bit. Bathrooms are always clean, staff is always friendly and the massage chairs are always clean as well. Staff is really good at making sure towels and sprays are stocked up too. Just wish people would clean up their sweat once they’re done using machines cause that’s gross, I don’t wanna have to touch your sweat while I clean it myself. 🤢
