I tried to give the gym a chance. I just canceled my membership because the The gym and restroom are wayyyyyy too cold. It’s so unpleasant to workout. Alllllll of the treadmills are under the blasting fans. I complained to the front desk and did the survey. Nothing is being done so I’m out.

Pretty spacious & clean. The bathroom is ridiculously freezing & they only have 2 small showers. I asked if the bathroom could be warmed up & the manager said it’s not possible. Pretty annoying taking a freezing cold shower 👎🏽.

My fav spot!!! There's 2 Hydeomassage beds which is the best thing yet. I do it on my stomach as well as back and its great for muscles and blood flow and so very relaxing in the dim light red-light shaker a ice/heat therapy bed 2 massage chairs stand up and lay down beds that are champ yall all for a very small fee and I pay 25 a.mknth and get all that plus the gym, classes, and fitness Trainor if I want. You cannot beat this elsewhere and it's always very clean and fresh and theres lockers showers changing rooms and also bathrooms as well. Yall do not hesitate. It's the Judgement Free Zone and I have never ever felt outta place or like anyone was staring or anything! Don't miss out yall!! 24 hours too!!!

This place is almost perfect, the workers at the front desk are mostly nice, the massage chairs and the other necessities are very comfortable and well kept, and the equipment there is all the normal person needs and more, the only problem I have is that I wish there were free benches and squat racks rather than the smith machines that don’t target all the main muscles.

You need to do better and I mean a whole lot better. As a guess of my wife that has a membership I am very disappointed. One of the hydro massage table has been down for weeks with no sign of progress to be repaired and the area that these machines are in the air conditioner has been out for several weeks. The massage chairs and the hydros are heated and it gets really hot back in this area and I use them for a lower bad back

This gym is great, it has a huge variety of machines and free weights at your disposal. The. Machines are also very clean and well kept. People say that the lunk alarm is what makes this gym bad but that isn’t true the lunk alarm has never gone off. This gym is a great choice because of how cheap it is

I love this location mainly for the staff. They are always so kind and welcoming. While I can’t complain about the staff at all, I really want to know what happened for management to decide to pull the chairs and trash cans out of the tanning rooms. Where do I put my things now when I tan, as I’m not putting my clothes, glasses, keys, headphones, and phone all on the dirty ground. As I know that’s something that isn’t cleaned after every use. And where am I supposed to throw my trash. I typically care about the areas that I occupy so I really don’t understand why these things have been taken away. I really didn’t think much about it as I thought the rooms were just being cleaned but after a few days of no chair and trash cans. I finally asked the question to be told that they wouldn’t be returning which is pretty disappointing.

Had a employee steal my credit number to purchase items at the gym while I was in tanning booth. About 4 mins after I went in it, she charged to my account in the Kilgore, TX. Location. The charge finally showed up a few days ago. I heard she doesn't work there anymore. She had to sign in and she signed, Amanda. I wish I could know her last name. I guess I'm not allowed to know. I don't like that. I can't be the only one she did this to. Thank goodness I look at my charges. So many dont.

Started this gym maybe a month or go ago and honestly I love it is never super crowded during the timez I go and if you ask anyone for help even other gym members most of them are super nice !!!!! Clean facility, friendly staff. Only a few pieces if equipment either don't function properly or are inoperable. The only drawback is the shower. Not much water pressure and only 1 hook almost inside the door for clothing/towel or shower bag, but not all three.

I had stopped by this location a couple weeks ago for a workout on my travel through town. I workout at locations all over this great state of Texas and I have to say this is one of the nicest ones I've been to.
The gym itself is very nicely designed and is very aesthetically pleasing.
The equipment was all in great working order, clean, and new looking.
The lobby was well set up with a great selection of merchandise for sale.
The locker room and restroom was immaculate just like the rest of the gym.
I brought it to the attention of the staff my high thoughts of the gym and they were thrilled and very appreciative. It was very evident that they take pride in their job and the cleanliness and gym functionality shows as well.
Had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this location to any and everyone. I will definitely stop here again next time I come this way.

The facility is clean and brand new. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You do not need to wear a mask while you work out. I appreciate the judgment free atmosphere every single time I come to Planet Fitness. The prices are the best in the business. I recommend no one using this gym. They enforced wearing masks even on treadmills. Im not gonna pass out while jogging. Plus I asked them to cancel and they canceled my membership for that day. Only was there for a week and paid for a whole month. Was told that a manager would call to talk about a refund. Was not ever contacted. I strongly urge to never use this gym. They care about money. Not customer service. I love our new gym at crunch fitness. No masks while working out and they let us finish what we paid for if we cancel and not just take our money. Id give 0 stars if I could from my bad experience.
