I go around 830-9pm Mon-Fri always check the crowd meters. This time is usually a good time small crowd, dont have to wait for machines, I am a creature of habit and do a routine. In the summer I go a bit later as I am a Para and am out of school. So the Summer, alot of tweens with parents.

Best PF location I've been to and I've been to a ton of location and the Kingwood dr location to me is the best. The staff are great, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They take great care of their members with a smile.

Never had any issues with this place until today. As I was on the treadmill, an employee came up to me and said they recently my got power back, so I couldn't use the treadmill or stairmaster bc there was a risk of abruptly stopping. There weren't any signs up, no insight on when they'd be available again- just that it's for 'my safety'... I'm 38, I've been going to the gym since I was 18, probably since this boy was in diapers, and I've never once heard this before. That's what surge protectors are for. My bf's nephew works at another gym, and he said he's never heard of this policy before either. Sounds like over paranoia. Just leave me alone and let me do my workout..thx

Well, I canceled on October 1st and they charged me $27.06 anyway. I didn't sign a contract with Planet Finess since they don't have daycare, and they supposedly canceled today, but I didn't receive any confirmation email. I'll check on that tomorrow. It's very annoying that they tell me they don't have records of me canceling when I've already done so twice, and they don't give me proof that I canceled. Bad service for canceling my membership, what a rip-off.

Smaller than the one on FM 1960 but still a good selection of well maintained machines. There was, unfortunately, a creepy guy who was walking around bothering the women. If I see it again next time Ill say something to the counter guy.

Planet Fitness – Kingwood, TX

Went in for a workout and left my gym bag in the women’s locker room, secured with my personal lock. When I came back, someone had broken into my locker, gone through my bag, and stole my cash and candy. Yes, they even took the candy.

What’s worse is the response from staff. I was told the only thing they could do was file an incident report. no accountability.

And yet—they have the audacity to tell members not to carry their gym bags around while working out. So basically, we’re forced to put our belongings in lockers that clearly aren’t secure and then left on our own when something gets stolen.

Heads up to anyone going here: do NOT leave anything of value in the locker room, even if it’s locked. Disappointing and honestly a huge safety concern.

I had a crazy customer service experience at Planet Fitness Kingwood on August 1, around 2 AM. I waited almost 30 minutes for the massage chair. When I politely told the staff member, she replied blankly, “Well, I have been cleaning.” That is not how paying members should be treated. If you don’t like your job, do us all a favor and quit

Their website says that they have perks such as the wellness pod at the kingwood location yet the location does not have a wellness pod and they are false advertising in their premium packages as their locations all across should have the same standard amenities which is standard for any multinational chain!

I stopped by this gym late in the evening for a tour. Colton helped me out, he was a super chill, very helpful guy; he answered all of my questions and he gave me a thorough tour. I appreciate the time he took, he was great and made me feel at home there.

Everyone @ the Kingwood location is spectacular Isaiah, Joshua, Myra just to name a few. There are always smiles from them and that is so welcoming when walking through the door from a very long hot day. Love the very clean and always orderly facility and surprisingly enough the members do what is expected from them concerning the equipment and following the rules that are set. I'm happy.

First time signing up to this gym, So far so good Have great amenities it's not too busy.. I have noticed one thing that all the women are very helpful and they're always around cleaning I have noticed the men are a little bit on the lazy side. I especially like Roxanne she's amazing great personality very very helpful. There is a lot of different equipment it's clean. Great parking. And the price is amazing I say go for it. You're not gonna get any price with all these great amenities anywhere else.

I got broken into at this location. It’s taking an extremely long time for them to hand over footage to the police. Your car will be under surveillance here, but good luck getting footage of incidences.

I love the gym. Everything is clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the lights in the parking lot are never on when it's dark. I go in at 5 am and it's pitch black outside. This isn't safe at all.

This has nothing to do with the staff. Its because we pay by the year (its a lie when people say it isn't since the annual fee is a good percentage of the total, and you must pay it just a couple weeks after your first payment. And lets say you quit after a months or two, that fee is most of the total). Then AFTER you pay it, they change the hours from 24/7 to 24/4 (they say it's 24/5 now, the lie is right there on that big sign in front, NO shame whatsoever, but you know darn well its 24/4, we all do). And btw everyone, the reason corporations are able to lie so much is because noone ever speaks up. Also I have another complaint: WHY is it that if they're going to change the hours, WHY do they close it on WEEKENDS when most of the customers are off work INSTEAD of 3 weekdays (again, not two, but THREE!)? Not too smart. You know, all gyms lie, but that doesn't make it ok. Sorry I really hate leaving bad reviews, I really dont. Especially since Planet Fitness has just about every machine every other gym does. It IS a good gym which is why I didn't leave one star. I am sorry, I kean nothing is perfect but c'mon.
