I actually really enjoy going to this gym — it’s a clean, welcoming environment and generally a great place to work out. The reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is due to a frustrating experience I had recently. For the past few weeks, the staff has consistently allowed me to use the scale they keep behind the desk without any issues. (I work with a personal trainer and I need to check in once a week which includes taking my weight) However, when I asked to use it today, the employee working the morning shift told me they didn’t have one, which I knew wasn’t true. Thankfully, another staff member came from behind the counter and handed me the same scale I had been using all along.

I don’t understand why the first employee felt the need to lie about something so simple, especially to a paying member. I respect that Planet Fitness promotes a “Judgment Free Zone,” but I was simply asking to weigh myself — not asking anyone else to do something for my benefit. That moment felt unnecessarily dismissive and dishonest, which was disappointing given the otherwise positive atmosphere.

I’m a truck driver so parking is first concern and this location is a good one, plenty of room in the parking lot to stay out of the way and no upright signs about parking. Showers were hotISH, water fountain was cold, all equipment was up to par. Good clean location that wasn’t overly crowded at peak time of day. Hopefully I’ll be back

Ran into two young women playing around in the mens restroom, which is allowed by Planet Fitness now... Also, it's crowded, prices increasing, and they aren't even open 24 hours anymore. I like my new gym much more.

Also, their one water fountain breaks pretty often and it takes them weeks or months to fix it, so I had to drink out of the faucet in the mens restroom. (Infront of women)

The manager Miranda meaux constantly harasses me on Facebook messenger with a foul mouth and name calling including my children ECT...I have screenshotted proof...and just think her behavior as a "life coach" or personal trainer wearing her planet fitness uniform in her profile picture while exhibiting disgusting language and behavior for being such an important role for the planet fitness company...she used to be in groves and the bad mouthing got to be too much and i stopped going..because as a non judgemental company her harassment wasn ust not worth staying a customer at pf...but she's in orange now so that's good even though she's still harassing me and my family while she's at work

I joined back when it was 24 hours, but unfortunately, I had to cancel since I work 12 hour shifts at Motiva and it has not been 24 hours since 2020 and the hours of operation are not friendly to my work schedule (the ones around the Houston area have gone back to 24/7). Other than that, the club is spotless, the staff is friendly and they have a variety of machines.

I was referred to join Planet Fitness by a member. I went in asking questions in obtaining a membership(in which I had been informed that someone would take me on a tour). The young man that assisted me did not take me on a tour or provide me
the opportunity to go on my own.

I recently visited the Planet Fitness gym in Orange, TX, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The equipment was spotless and well-maintained, and the locker room was spacious and clean. Although the showers were running cold as ice, I didn't mind too much since I had worked up a good sweat in the gym! One of the things I appreciated most about this gym was the ample parking for non-traditional vehicles. As someone who drives a larger vehicle, it can be a hassle to find parking that accommodates my needs, so I was thrilled to find plenty of space here. The staff was also a highlight of my visit. They were friendly and welcoming, greeting visitors with warm smiles and laid-back attitudes. Overall, I'm really glad to have this gym in the area and will be back for future workouts. I highly recommend checking it out!

Work brought me into town so I decided to swing by to tan. Staff was extremely nice & quick with getting me into a tanning room. But the bed was gross!

Whoever had the bed before me doesn’t have common decency or respect the property of others. They left puddles of their sweat and an outline of their body smeared on the bed. It takes a few seconds to clean up after yourself. Do better. 🙄

PF is a super clean facility, non-intimidating atmosphere & friendly staff. The Black Card Perks are worth the monthly membership for me. I really enjoyed the circuit class and core class last fall and I'm excited to hear that they are bringing it back. About $25/mo. includes tanning, beauty angel red light therapy, massage hydro bed, massage chair, nice locker rooms with showers, work out classes, and discounts on some products they sell.

Staff is always honest and polite. Never get that generic customer service vibe with the people here which is really refreshing. Staff is very swift in fixing problems, whether it be with your account or billing services, equipment or facility maintenance, or answering any general questions you may have with the location and services. Facility is always tidy and clean. All in all I feel very comfortable coming here, and honestly that's the most important thing when it comes to doing a workout and getting healthy in my opinion. Because if I don't feel comfortable doing something where I'm at, I'm less motivated to do so. Thank you Planet Fitness staff and Management crew you guys are doing an amazing job!

I have an amazing experience at planet fitness...
Each day is a fun and challange for me to push my body further into shape by an experienced trainer named "Misty" ..she is not only experienced but she is absolutely amazing at what she does.. "Misty" brings so much to the table when it comes to knowledge for working out and her inspiring and encouraging attitude really helped me turn my life around.. If i have 1 regret it is that I didnt sign up for her classes along time ago.. She is the most amazing trainer ever and I doubt I would be this far if it wasn't for her training.. I'm so greatful for planet fitness..

I absolutely love this gym. My gym journey really improved once I started signing up for fitness classes with the trainer Misty. She is amazing y’all!! She really cares about you and wants you to succeed and do you best. I have signed up with the design your own program where she put a 4 week workout routine in for me and when I finish the 4 weeks to come back and reassess the program. Y’all I have had amazing results so far just following her program. I’m now on my new workout program she put together for me and she’s definitely pushing me harder. Which is good. I’m so glad I decided to take a step and workout with someone who knows what they are doing then doing this on my own. If you haven’t signed up for classes I highly recommend it. It has really been a blessing in my life. I now have swole-mates I workout with lol I’ve made gym buddies and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I love this gym and it’s amazing trainer! 💙💪🏼

I was so excited about becoming a member.
I patiently waited 30 minutes for misty to discuss a workout plan. I understand things are done by appointments but I wasn’t told to make a appt. when she arrived she was VERY RUDE about me not making a appointment. Not clear on the membership at all I signed up for 22.00 a month was supposed to be a dollar down they debited my car three times in a month totaling close to 100 dollars. Then I was told I couldn't cancel over the phone so I have to take even more time to drive there so they will stop charging me over and over again. I'm a Bodyworkz member & went to try the Orange location on a free pass. BodyWorkz has more variety of equipment, but that wasn't an issue. My issue was I was doing a sit-up with a weighted ball where you toss the ball to the wall. One of the staff members came to me & said, "I'm not sure if its against the rules, but that's making noise." I didn't know workouts were supposed to be completely silent (insert sarcasm). I immediately left & went across the street to BodyWorkz. Needless to say, I will never go again. BodyWorkz it is.
