When I called to sign up with Evelyn walked me through the whole process and made it easy for me to navigate. The gym is clean and always well maintained.
The staff is efficient, from what is present to me it was a nice transition from the Rosenberg location. I will recommend more people to come to this gym.

The new location for Planet Fitness in Fort Bend is amazing! Not only is it a safe environment, all ages and sizes are welcome here. When they state juidgement free zone they mean it. The welcoming staff are amazing. There was a small glitch with my membership and Evelyn went that extra mile to be sure everything was fixed and I could continue my journey to a new me. She came and checked on me and made sure if I needed anything to reach out to her. Great person who really cares about the members. Well done Evelyn. Thank you!

Today I got a drink and was appeared that I was charged double from the vending machine. Manager Evelynn was very fast in helping me and assuring me the charge was pending and would not go thorugh. She was very kind and calmly explained the way the payments get processed!
Ms. Evelynn is always very nice and polite! All employees are always very friendly! Gary and Kenya are the super stars! 👌

I’m a member and have used the sugar land gym for almost a year. When this one opened in Richmond I was excited and started coming here. It’s a totally different vibe Maria the manager is very nasty friendly - very unwelcoming but with a smile. Gary is hyper focused on my appearance although I have seen others wearing crocs. Overall I love the gym but the people who work at this one are horrible. I almost feel deterred from coming here because of them.

I haven’t visited this location yet but i remember when it was about to open. Anyways i called like 4 times back to back and literally no one had answered the phone. New location right next to Walmart. They brought in the machines from the other closed location but also added a lot of new equipment, including free weight bench presess and free weight squats. Also, this location is bigger than the one it replaced and the air conditioning actually works. The gym's parking lot is small but you can park at the Walmart parking spaces righ next door. Brand new building so it's very clean... so far. The staff is the same indifferent people from the old location.

They have a new location by Wal-Mart where machines are already broken and they have no idea how to fix- the black spa new features with the cryo and heat massage was never working correctly and still is broken. A huge disappointment and some of the staff could care less what is broken- the new assistant manager especially- she’s young and rude and only got the job because she’s a relative- she has no problem solving skills- the short one with the pony tail.
They have 3 bikes set up that are supposed to be virtual and only 1 is working- don’t believe the hype they tried to use to get new customers in the door.
Same old machines when we were told it’s all gonna be new equipment- this is becoming a regular occurrence at this location- they don’t even offer a solution
I’ve looked through the reviews and the good ones are all mostly Hispanic- we don’t all get treated the same- the good reviews are when Michelle was there and a trainer- they promoted her quickly- she was a gem.
The girl with the ponytail- never modified with us older women like Michelle did.
DONT GO TO THIS GYM OR GET A NEW MEMBERSHIP - you’ll be sorry - I’m dropping membership today- also they won’t given upper managements info so that u can talk to the owner- what are they hiding?

The new location seems smaller than the previous one. They decreased some of the machines, like the 2 hip Abductor/adductors, and combined them into 2 machines. I don't care for the new versions as they are difficult to use and increases waiting time since there are only 2 now. Also all the benches are now in the front of the mirrors. So if you liked to use benches to work out in the private areas (women specifically) you're now forced to be upfront with the men. Not a fan of that either. I'll give it time to see if I can get used to the new set up.

I was at the planet fitness in Rosenberg this afternoon. While doing my workout on the smith machine an employee wearing a white sweatshirt came in between me while doing my workout “cleaning” he was literally 2 steps away didn’t bother to say excuse me or wait until I was done using the machine. I felt really uncomfortable, had to stop my workout while he was taking his time “cleaning”. There was another gentleman using a machine next to me but did not go where he was at to “clean that machine”.

Tried canceling membership last month but club manager Maria convinced me to sign for financial hardship freeze of three months. Was charged 3 times bc the freeze was never put in and everytime I called she was not there or she used the excuse that the system is new and she needs to train, that she would call me back. It's been almost a month and I haven't gotten the refund she said she would give me. I dont want this matter to continue on since refunds do expire, and I am utterly disappointed.

Went to cancel subscription. Found out today that from the day we joined there was a late fee of $15.00 charged to our account. It was originally $16. Planet Fitness said our insurance did not pay their part, and no one notified us from planet Fitness, they kept taking $31.00 out our account.
The right thing should have been to let us know so can make a decision if we wanted to continue.
Would not join or recommend anyone to join planet Fitness. To make matters worse they will still rake another $31 out for July. Highway robbery if you ask me. Total money grab

I recently hage to cancel my membership at Planet Fitness at 5101 Avenue H Ste 12, Rosenberg, TX 77471, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the showers is a major concern—they appeared to have mold, were visibly dirty, and emitted an unpleasant odor. This creates an uncomfortable environment for members and falls short of basic hygiene standards. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly.

El personal es muy amable pero El lugar tiene maquinas dañadas no se si seran por antiguedas me quede atorada en una y entre 2 personas me tuvieron que ayudar a salir de ella. Al igual que deberian considerar tener minimo 2 prensas de pierna en el lugar… hay muchas personas esperando detras de otra por 1 sola maquina. Por eso he decidido mejor optar por Eos fitness. This PF is the best PF I've ever been to. I was actually a little hesitant at first, due to the experiences I've had in the past at other locations, but this one is top notch. Great atmosphere, I don't see people complaining or wasting other people's time or rushing you. It's a great place to get a good workout and the staff is also very professional and friendly, specially Michelle, who is always very attentive and always receives you with a big smile when you walk in. If you need anything or have a question, she always makes sure that you as a member are taken care of. The rest of the staff are great as well. I haven't had a single issue since I joined the gym a few years ago. I love how they're always making sure the place is clean as well as the equipment. This place definitely deserves a 10+

This is an older planet Fitness but very well-maintained, fairly new Matrix Strength and Cardio products. Everything I tried was working well, no damaged or torn pads, Everything lubricated well, so nothing was sticking.
Lots product, good floor plan and equipment layout.

Locker room and shower area were clean.
Showers could’ve been a little bit warmer, but we’re OK. Thai one of the managers was very nice during our brief conversation. I would definitely visit here again.

I've been coming here for years and all though this location has been here for forever, it's kept up with. Showers are always clean, equipment is easily accessible. Tyrell and Anastasia are the absolute best! Always greet every single person with the right attitude. Tyrell is very respectful and always willing to help with anything related to your account of any concerns. He often does his rounds and fills up all the bottles with disinfectant spray if they're running low. He makes sure everyone is doing what they're supposed to and ensures that they are doing it safely. Anastasia is quick to answer any questions and is very kind and outgoing. She's always willing to accommodate the needs of all planet fitness members. They both make one feel welcome and at home. Highly recommend trying out PF to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey and encourage any and all those that have maybe lost their motivation to stop by and get an affordable and convenient membership with Planet fitness!

My experience at this location has been ok. The gym/locker room areas are more dusty and dirty than they are clean. It took forever for them to change the filter for the water dispenser. The far left sink in the women’s restroom took forever to be replaced. There’s an older Caucasian lady that constantly just stares and picks and choose when she wants to do her job of greeting. For a place that claims to be about “a judgement free zone” lol she sure gives judging looks & treatment. Some of the workers there do greet & give good customer service.

I would totally recommend! I travel a lot for work and Planet fitness is in every state/national. I used Planet fitness in Oregon, Nebraska, etc. If you travel a lot for work, in Texas or other states in the nation, Planet fitness is your best bet....black card member! It's cleaner than many gyms, including expensive gyms, from my experience!
