I like this gym. I just have one major recommendation. Please triple the amount of hand sanitizers around the gym. I only have seen 3 and sometimes they are out. Please Please! Especially now that flu is around the corner and I personally know some ppl will come to the gym sick just to get a workout in.

I Like the The Staff & Welcoming Energy: From the moment I walk in, the front desk team especially ,Lin and Ary ,who always has a huge smile sets the tone. Their happy, approachable energy is consistent and makes you feel like you are walking into a supportive space, not a cold, corporate gym.

I love this gym, great atmosphere, friendly staff, everything's always clean, you always see staff members cleaning. The machines are built nice. Alot of them have great angles, that concentrate on the movement so good that they require little weight. Especially the hack squat. For the black membership you get alot more than you pay for. I can't believe it took me this long to switch from anytime. But Im glad I did.

Mia has a light that is unmatched to anyone I've seen in a long time she's so kind and sweet. And Shy called me and took extra steps to make sure my wallet found its way back to my pocket AND Shy took the time to go above and beyond and showed me how to use the free combo lockers! Nothing was missing out of my wallet and I am extremely happy. I was thinking of leaving planet fitness for the edge, but if I get to see these 2 girls at the front being as radiant as they are i will be staying at planet fitness as long as they are!

The price is good even for blackcard. It is clean (the bath and locker room is cleanest among several nearby fitness clubs that I toured). It has good number of cardio machines, kind staff members and staffed 24/7. And I also like its convenient locker boxes outside the locker room that require no lock by myself. The massage chair and bed are also good ways of relaxing. Plus, it has another location near my work place so that I can exercise after work to avoid evening traffic.

Well maintained, friendly staff, and when a machine goes down it’s never down for more than a few days, if that.

Would be 5 stars but the no bags on the floor policy is not enforced…. To see someone place a bag at one machine, their phone and drink at a second machine, and then walk to a third machine on the complete opposite end of the gym and rotate between them for 20+ minutes is pretty intolerable. Some people walk in with bulging backpacks straight to a machine and plop that sucker down in middle of the floor. What even is in there that you need? Nothing. It’s pure selfishness and just another way to “save” a machine while you go do a few sets on another one. No one should spend more than 5-7 minutes on one machine unless it’s cables and you’re changing between workouts. Not sure if staff just doesn’t notice or is afraid of the potential for a patron to disagree with them. But, I go every day and see it every day.

I’ve been going to the Planet Fitness in Saginaw for a few months now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The facility is always clean, well-lit, and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — they always greet you with a smile and are quick to answer any questions. Shout out to Mia!

I really appreciate how spacious the gym is, even during peak hours. There’s plenty of equipment available, so I never feel like I’m waiting around to use anything. The variety of machines and the 30-minute circuit are perfect for my workout routine.

The locker rooms are spotless, and the Black Card perks (especially the massage chairs and HydroMassage beds!) are a great bonus after a tough workout.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, judgment-free zone that makes working out feel enjoyable instead of intimidating. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a great gym with a positive atmosphere!

On today I attended Planet Fitness on Saginaw in Saginaw, TX and the 3 youngsters at the front desk was too busy looking at a video on one of their cell phones to GREET me with a simple hello, so I said "Oh, I see you're too busy to greet a customer" and they turned around, smiled and turned around to continue looking at the cell phone. Go figure 🤔!!! Too many inexperienced, too occupied to care young kids working in 'Customer Service ' positions that shouldn't be!! They have NO CLUE what maturity is nor behaving as an adult is all about!! My teenage grandchildren would wrap rings around these so called young adults! Texas hospitality is a pure joke at this place,!

They make cancelling impossible. My husband went in multiple times to cancel. They will not let you give notice to the be done once your year is up to avoid the annual fee and will charge you it regardless. I was unable to go in myself due to being out of country and was told that is the only way to cancel. Major run around and money continuing to get deducted from your account for something you don’t want and have tried to cancel.

PF has welcomed teens which is fine with me. But now they need to supervise these teens. Today, a group of them gathered around a machine to visit, tying up the machine for a long long time. Moreover, they spend a lot of time "resting' and texting--tying up machines! I have waited as long as 20 minutes for these texters to move. This morning, I encountered what appeared to be a 10-year-old-boy. All these children raise the temperature in a place that already has inadequate AC. The north end of the building is about 15 degrees warmer than the are closest to the desk.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Planet Fitness location, and I would not recommend joining here. Despite having two forms of payment on file, the gym has been charging me $16.24 in late fees every month for the past eight months—a total of $129 in unnecessary charges.

When I called to address the issue, I spoke with the manager, Craig, who refused to let me speak and gave me a long-winded response about how much he cares about his job instead of addressing the real problem. When I asked for a clear yes or no about refunding my money, he dodged the question repeatedly. He also refused to provide contact information to the person he reports to.

Only after I mentioned calling corporate did he offer a partial refund, insisting that I was at fault for not noticing the overcharges sooner. He also tried to justify the late fees as “processing charges” that the gym supposedly doesn’t profit from—yet they continued to bill me incorrectly despite having valid payment methods on file.

This gym’s billing practices feel like a scam to rack up unnecessary late fees, and the lack of accountability from management is unacceptable. I will never return to this location and strongly suggest others be cautious when dealing with their membership fees.

Plannet fitness should update there facilities and have different studios empty, the need a room for cycling, body pum room , boxing room , and empty room for whoever wants to do circuit or dance in it. Where to start. First month was supposed to be free since I use a promo. Needless to say money was taken out a week later, front desk was no help and told me to come back when the manager was back in. Locker rooms are unkept. No toilet paper or soap to wash hands. Ventilation in locker room is awful. The smell of standing water mixed with people blowing up the toilets just hits you right in the face. No one there to enforce gym etiquette. People with their gym bags, using gym equipment and not cleaning up after they use it, trash on the equipment, sitting on equipment and just being on their phones for extended amounts of time. Men sitting around just to watch women work out and making the whole experience just uncomfortable. Unsupervised underage kids. The list goes on and on. I see others have left their concerns on here and obviously nothing has been done. Way to go!

I AM GIVING IT 3 STARS BECAUSE OF THE POLITE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK

Went there a couple of times when I first moved to Fort Worth/ Saginaw just to see if the gym would fit for me due to my schedule.
The first time I went there, everything seemed fine until I was called out for the gym bag (which I missed the sign on the wall that stated no gym bags on the floor), so I was OK with.
The second time I went there, I took my daughter with me (which she is grown and OK to be left alone) and not a member, so she was left sitting on the waiting area under my supervision and on her phone device since I was doing cardio on the machine right next to where she was sitting at hence the electricity in the neighborhood had a power outage.
On that second time I went there ON JAN 04th around 06:16 pm, I was called out by one of the staff members by leaving my daughter there waiting on me because she was not a member and was told in order for her to be even IN the gym, she would have to have a membership.
I then asked the staff where it states that in the policy, because when I signed up it did not say that visitors or anyone that is a minor has to be a member in order to be in the facility.
The so staff member then proceeded to try and find it in the policy, but a younger staff member (kid) intervened in the conversation and showed me what he called "it is in the policy".
When reading it, it stated that for minors to be able to work out OR even be in the workout area, they would have to be members and be supervised by an adult and also be at least 13 years of age. So, I then told the younger staff member that there is nothing that he just showed me that states what I was just called out for and she was not working out nor in the workout area.
I informed them that this is not a problem nor it has been at the other locations and gyms I go to.
It is not the first time this younger staff member is rude and very intrusive with members.
The other lady that intervened in the situation, was very polite but nobody showed me that day where it stated that minors (grown and supervised by their parents) cannot be in the waiting area without being a member.

This is gym is not the best. I used to go there for almost a year and never had a good experiance, they dont keep the place very clean when I would see them clean they would just take a dustert and tap random spots. Also during the summer there would be highschoolers just sitting in walk ways or useing and leaving out equipment. It is just a mess of a gym, really! I understand public gym are never great but this one is pretty bad. I went here for a year and then stopped late last year. Their database shows I have not checked in since late last year. I cancled my membership in the gym because they said you can not over the phone. Went over statments and showed they have been charging me as well as their yearly fee. Had to file with my bank to get help cause when I called all the different employees said they couldnt do anything and started making up info saying I did continue to go or did go in and chacked in or that I spoke to another employee at a different location. I understand not every employee is going to have answers but each one made up stuff. Just beware it is a planet fitness so it's not going to be great. Especially this one.
