They do a good job keeping the equipment in good condition. Sometimes they have to wait for parts but generally things get fixed. This is also a clean gym. Employees regularly clean it. I tend to workout off peak times so keep that in mind. But I think cleanliness is contagious and regular members also do their part too. I wish we had more benches and free weights but I’m not complaining about it.

I just recently started working out with my husband in the mornings. I’ve been very impressed with this PF location. I’m a gym newbie and haven’t ever felt judged or awkward coming here. Very clean and well maintained equipment overall. The guy who works the front in the mornings with the mustache and glasses (sorry, I don’t know his name) is always very friendly and really on top of restocking the towels at the cleaning stations. Pretty good gym that has mostly everything you need for a good workout, at a very reasonable price.

My long time favorite pf center, not because of location, or how well kept the gym/equipment is, but due to the staff. Jocelyn has been working with planet fitness for as long as I can remember, covering many different shifts throughout the years.
She sets an amazing example for all existing and recent newer staff members with her attentiveness and always having a warm welcome to all members and guest.
More Pf centers need great staff like Jocelyn at there locations, two thumbs up thanks to her!

It's a clean gym and 24 hours. I wish every PF was this way. I only come to this location since the one near me closes at 9pm on weekends, and 12am on weekdays. The bikes should be upgraded in the future. Since I'm very tall, I ride it with the seat very low. But at least they got very nice locker rooms!

Most of the staff is great, except for a staff member named Jocelyn. She is so rude and always has an attitude. The first time I came to this location she was unhelpful and straight unwelcoming. Mind you this was my first impression of this location. I asked her for help since it was my first time using the perks of my black card membership and didn’t know how to start the hydro massage. I literally asked her what the process was and all she said is you have to check in. I stood there in front of her trying to figure it out for at least 5 mins and she didn’t bother telling me she had to manually start it for me after I checked in. When my son finally said why don’t you ask her, I responded to him that is what I did in the first place, but she didn’t assist me. I kept coming and each time I came in if she was working upfront she never greeted us, but she greeted other people entering the gym. Do better planet fitness, don’t hire people who don’t have people skills and can’t provide basic customer service at the bare minimum…

Worst customer service at this location. Desk people late typically either asleep or not even at the front desk. Once the person working the late shift wasn’t even at the desk with a line piling up waiting on staff. You expect the gym staff to be in the building, but this person is outside on his own schedule and cops a serious attitude asking if I scanned my card to check in to use the spa equipment. Not sure if I was supposed to be a mind reader as there was never even anyone at the desk to ask you to do this. People like this do not need to work in customer facing roles, hire better people.

It is a great gym. It is more spacious than it looks on the outside. I love to 30 minute training sessions, which are free with membership. It's get my workout started right like a warm-up. Then, I continue to workout on the machines and.end with cardio. It has a bunch of cardio machines, so there is no waiting. The staff are all awesome, helpful, and friendly.

The lady at the front desk was very rude to me I didn’t have shoes that fit her needs the shoes I had on were closed toed shoes and acceptable according to their guidelines online they are great for working out in I use them all the time for lifting all and she refused to let me in and everything was closed so I couldn’t even buy shoes and had to go home and I understand she may have not wanted to get in trouble but she was very rude and disrespectful about it

Came here like 2-3 am cause i had a route at 6 the person but everytime i come it’s always a problem like im not welcomed but this time was weird i had problems clocking in i canceled my membership on the 20th but was told i still have til the 17 of the next month its only been 4 days i was at two other locations this same day and had no problems but here she was acting like she allowing me to say i brush it off and put my stuff in the stall to go workout as im undressing the cleaner started cleaning when she knew i was in there i let it go cause all she was doing was mopping so i kept my stuff on the bench and let her know its my stuff when i left probably a hour later the staff comes to me asking did i have a blue bag in the stall i said she informs me that the cleaner thought someone left their things (when i literally told her and she seen me coming out the stall but ok) so i said ok and finish my workout its around 4 when get out my shower so instead of going home i take a nap before work didn’t think nothing of it cause i do it at others i go to the class area to take a nap before i have work at 6 i walk past her with my stuff to the area not thinking it’s an issue at 5:15 i get woken up by some random man saying i need to get up and she’s behind him like i was a threat to literally just tap on my shoulder like the man did i tried to inform her saying i have a job at 6 so im taking a nap she cuts me off saying well you been here since 3 you need to leave then thanks the man for waking me up so i getup thinking i missed my alarm and soon as i get into my car at 5:30 that’s when my alarm goes off had me thinking i did something wrong but i wont come back to this location cause im always getting weird treating a coming here and far as the cleaner all she did was mop so im still confused on why my stuff was touched anyway cause the shower walls are never wiped down nor is the shower curtains from pictures it look clean until you get close to notice nothing been actually touched

This place during the summer is not the place to be, kids all over the place sitting on the equipment wasting time. People who pay and have things to do are being forced to wait and waste time, I understand kids need a place to go so they don't get involved with bad things but there needs to be a designated time for teens so the paying adult customers who need to get in and out can do just that without wasting time.

I've been going to this facilty for about 2 years now, at first the place was kept clean, they always had paper towels, and the solution to wipe down the equipment was like really pink plus smelled very good. Now the place is so been down graded by i guess nee employees, the pink solution is watered down, the place constantly runs out of paper towels in every section and you can tell the rude guy in front but he is like, "ok". Like come on take pride where you work and this company is very well paid for memberships so do not know what the issue is in keeping the solution not watered down and the paper towels from working out. Also I've noticed that some of the people who go there carry bags around with them and it clearly states no bags or backpacks allowed on gym floor but I guess the guy in front doesn't care about the policies. My time there used to be my favorite work out time since I'm there around 315am but with all the changes or downgrades not excited anymore to work out so thinking of switching gyms.

Look I love coming to this gym. It’s close to my work. I have two different gym memberships, but the people dressing for attention is out of control. Please have some self-respect and then on top of it. The high school kids that come in there wearing stuff that’s completely inappropriate. Please implement address code some of us want to come and work out without feeling like we went to the strip club because certain people feel like they need to have their private parts showing through short shorts and I’m talking about the women or men wearing stuff way too tight it’s out of control And if you’re a parent reading this, tell your kids to have some respect for you and respect for themselves and not dress inappropriately.

Ive been a member at this Planet Fitness for just over a year going somewhat consistantly. The staff here are genuenly friendly and Ive always found the gym to be quite clean which is a big plus. The equipment is well maintained and surprisingly its usually not overly crowded even during peak hours. Its got a really comfortable and non intimidating atmosphere. Id definately recomend this location as a good starter gym for anyone just begining their fitness journey or someone simply looking to try out a gym without any pressure.

I give this location five stars, based on the outstanding and proactive customer service I received from an employee by the name of Tara. It's not common at some places these days, where interpersonal skills and a personable attitude are presented by employees. However, Tara went above and beyond to show me this locations spa. I had asked a question about one of the spa amenities, and she gladly took the time to show me around, and it was so nice not to feel like I was a bother at the time of night it was. This location is blessed to have a person like her working there. I know that not everything can be perfect all the time, because there are some machines temporarily out of order. I believe that can be attributed by members not taking it easy on the equipment. Things like that are understandable and definitely easy to overlook, when you're welcomed and/or helped at the counter by friendly people. Great work management, for hiring people who can be a major game changer in a positive way to anyone's visit!
