It's been really frustrating to see that a fountain leak at this Planet Fitness location has gone unfixed for 15 days, resulting in an estimated loss of over 10,000 gallons of water. Despite multiple reports, the issue remains unaddressed. The staff has informed me that they've contacted corporate and are waiting for a plumber, which is appreciated, but the prolonged delay is concerning. I've also been told that they contacted the Woodlands water department, which doesn't seem relevant to the issue at hand. I hope the management will prioritize fixing this issue soon. Until then, I'm concerned about the gym's ability to maintain its facilities."

I love Planet Fitness. The Staff is so friendly and helpful and it's very clean. I love the machines. It's a great place to workout.

Amazing customer service and still a great gym after replacing Fitness Project. Many customers have given poor reviews because they were sad and upset about Fitness Project selling to Planet Fitness but Planet Fitness does not deserve those poor reviews (Fitness Project does). So far Planet Fitness has shown excellent customer service and willingness to help with the transition and anything that a customer may need. I was sad when Fitness Project was sold but that was on the Fitness Project owners. I’m maintaining a positive mindset and there has been nothing wrong with the new gym. It still seems the same besides new employees.

Y'all are salty about the former gym closing, so you intentionally bomb the new owners. That's extremely petulant and small-minded. Behaving like spoiled children.

Project Fitness closed. GET OVER IT!

Taking new ownership of ANY BUSINESS will bring some transitional issues and growing pains. That's to be expected. But the staff at PLANET FITNESS have maintained a professional, friendly and courteous attitude from what I have encountered.

I was passing by and needed to get a workout in. Tiffany was at the front dest and she was very friendly and welcoming!

Equipment was clean and usable. Didn't have a problem getting to anything and the bathrooms were clean.

I really can't ask for more from a gym. Will definitely be back.

Customer beware - planet fitness will make unauthorized debits on your bank account.

PLEASE READ

My wife had a membership to the fitness project before it was recently bought out by Planet Fitness. She cancelled her membership with the fitness project before Planet Fitness took over, and, despite never having a contract with Planet Fitness, was charge two times by them. These charges were after the membership was cancelled with the old gym (BEFORE Planet Fitness was even opened). My wife and I both called Planet Fitness and asked how they got her bank account details and then asked for a refund which they claimed they cannot give back. Apparently, this is an ongoing issue with MANY members of the old gym - the Fitness Project.

We are currently in contact with our bank to dispute all charges. Planet Fitness is charging members of the old gym despite having cancelled memberships. Customer beware - do not do business with these unethical people - they will make unauthorized transactions on your bank account despite not having a current contract with you.

Went to Fitness Project prior to buyout, I knew PF would make things harder with having to use an app- front desk associate made it feel like it was a burden to help an already paying customer set things up. If there was another affordable gym around I wouldn't come back, buying out a company then treating the old customers that still want come to the same location like an annoyance is crazy

I came in to take care of some issues I had with the previous establishment and the guys at the front desk were so kind, patient and helped me out when they didn’t have to . If I didn’t have a membership elsewhere I would 100% sign back up at this location. Thank you Kelly and Miguel!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the change from Fitness Project to Planet Fitness. The things that were good are still good (trainers, classes, value), and I’m seeing small improvements in other areas like positioning of the equipment and a new self-service system for purchasing drinks and food.

Terrible service already. No help whatsoever. I tried to call about changing my membership from Fitness Project to Planet Fitness. No email has been received yet. They didn’t help, they just said, “there’s a long line. I can’t get to a computer”.

Always loved this gym as fitness project. Recently changed to planet fitness. I was apprehensive initially, but I am very thankful to see that they kept a lot of the studio classes as well as the amazing trainers. The trainers and those classes are what made this Gym awesome. Thank you for planet fitness for still keeping that going.

Fitness Project was a good gym pretty close to a Gold’s Gym which was one of the best. Planet Fitness is like the Walmart of gyms I would put 0 stars on this if I could. Two thumbs way down for Fitness Project selling out to PF.
