Usually a good experience. Went in this morning 10/13 about 1:15 a.m for my usual tanning session and found no one around. I walked around for about 20 minutes and had to leave for work. I frequently find these guys sleeping or on the phone, which I've never had a problem with because I could find them. This time I had to leave without my services rendered.

Was a great place till new management started enforcing their dumb clothing policy, so now after 2 years of going in my loose jeans or straight from work, i gotta go get sweats just to lift weights. So now after trying to reboost the urge to go back to the gym after my spinal injury, it was shot right back down after this. "Judgement free zone"

This is the best Planet Fitness in the state as far as I'm concerned. The staff are ALWAYS friendly (and at the counter), the showers are ALWAYS hot, and the layout of the facility and equipment are extremely nice. Out of all the other locations I have visited, this place is THE BEST. 🏆

Came in at about 6am this morning, it was my first time there, I was a bit anxious. Lol The guy at the front counter made me feel completely comfortable, he showed me how to check in, and gave me a tour of the entire facility, he even showed me how to turn on the machines lol I definitely feel a lot better and am glad I chose this gym.

I do not recommend this gym. I paid $70-$80 just to start a membership, only went to this gym maybe about a month, when trying to cancel my membership I have to pay $70-$80 or continue to pay my monthly fee for 12 months! Got in touch with a manager about past problems and he was a pleasure to speak to and was definitely an understanding person and very well at taking care of things. Overall I'm pleased that someone got in touch with me and I'm pleased by how it went, other than that Its a great facility has very good equipment for being what it is and is definitely fun going to, a lot of very friendly people there and just a good environment to be in too

Love the gym everyone is great, but in the morning on Saturdays they have 3 or 4 employees to run the gym but they always leave the same guy by himself and he's working hard to take care of customers and at the same time clean the restrooms and equipment etc, it's not fair on him and this needs to change or I will be calling in to voice my concerns. The gym is always great and clean. The only thing that they could work on is keeping the parking lot clean and trash free. Along with making sure that the lockers are working properly outside of the locker rooms in the main gym. Sometimes it’s hard to find a locker that will lock properly.

Over night staff has been on his phone and talking on the phone since I’ve been here. Multiple paper towel dispensers have been out and I’ve been standing here waiting for him to notice me to get a tanning bed. This gym has gone down hill this year, employees are letting just anyone to use black card equipment without paying for it 1st. People are sitting on machines up to 30 mins or more at a time on their phones, slamming weights,and alot of people are just to loud. I shouldn't hear someone's conversation and laughs over the club music and my headphones also. Just simple gym rules being broken. Alot of the equipment needs simple maintenance to,just fix the timers and counters is the main thing!!!

I truly enjoy my experience and time at planet fitness. I would recommend the Tyler area Planet Fitness to any one who is just now starting their exercise journey, advanced or even pro, to look into Planet Fitness. I love the Black Card lounge for pre and post workout sessions. I love the fact that I'm not judged on if I need to complete 2 rounds of the massage water-bed or chairs. I'm greeted with a smile and told to enjoy once again. That shows me the true sense of a "no judgement zone" and that is truly what matters to me during this journey.

I like the wide variety of equipment at the Center, the Instructions on said equipment, the helpfulness of the Trainer that gave Us 'Our Design Program', the uncrowded work out space where You are not packed in next to people and just the overall layout of the Gym Itself. I’ve been to a few different Planet Fitness locations over the last few years and have been very impressed with this specific location. Rick and Tazmin go out of their way to help not only myself but who ever I have there with me too. TANNING BEDS HAS BEEN NEEDING NEW BULBS SINCE SEPT AND IT IS NOW THE MONTH IF DEC AND IT IS HALF OVER. NEVER HAVE ANYONE CLEANING THE SHOWERS AND BATHROOMS DURING THE WEEK. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING BROKE DOWN AND IT WILL STAY THAT WAY FOR MONTH. THEY HAVE REPLACED ALL THE TV AND CARDIO EQUIPMENT IN THE GYM RECENTLY BUT THEY CANT FIX THE STUFF THAT IS BROKE LIKE A TOLIET OR REPLACE BULBS IN THE TANNING BED. SENT EMAIL TO MANAGER ABOUT AC BEING BROKE IN THE LADIES DRESSING ROOM FOR OVER 3 MONTH AND NEVER GOT A REPLY NOR DID IT GET FIXED. IF YOU GO TO WORK OUT AND THAT IS ALL THEN IT IS A GREAT PLACE FOR THE MONEY. BUT IF YOU WANT A CLEAN ENVIROMENT AND WORKING RESTROOMS MIGHT I SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Every time I go, the workers are always very friendly and helpful. I never have any issues finding an open machine because there are so many available. People are really good about wiping down machines after they’re done using them, and workers are always wiping things down, too. I really like the neighborhood. I especially enjoy all the trash and bass music in the parking lot where a bunch of members hang out after working out. They're even kind enough to speak loud enough to let me enjoy their conversations without having to ask! The drama is really exciting sometimes. The smell of weed when I come out of the gym is an aromatic massage to the senses. Nothing is more relaxing than knowing that when I get ready to climb into my car in the wee hours of the night, that I'm safe from exposure to the criminal elements of the city. WOW! Very awesome! Will return! LOVE IT. ❤️
