This gym more than exceeds my experience and needs. I'm very pleased and grateful to have found this gym in Navasota. Access is by phone with an app and is available 24/7.
Costs are very reasonable and not a burden. The staff is always helpful and understanding of my hopes of excellence.

My entire life, I have been telling doctors how to do their job but they never listened to me. So I used gym facilities. Powerhouse Fitness of Navasota is by far the very best, cleanest, friendliest place I ever found for my workout. Staff and clients are all just the perfect fitness group of people you encounter there.Trust me, at 95 years of age, I am not easy to please.
