When we signed up at PHG, earlier in the year, we were told the extra room would be turned into guest amenities (possibly a changing room or sauna). Instead, they rented it out to 2 aestheticians. That means there are still only two bathrooms total and the lockers are out in the open common areas.

There’s also zero cell service and no Wi-Fi inside the building. My Spotify, YouTube, or anything else freezes until I walk outside. On top of that, the women’s restroom is shoved into the far back corner of the building. At night, with no way to call out from inside, it feels unsafe. I will not return to work out after 9pm.

To make things worse, the owners have plastered the place with their own “Humble Vaquero” merch and signs. I didn’t sign up to work out at someone’s side hustle clothing shop—I signed up for Powerhouse Gym. The whole vibe of what Powerhouse is supposed to represent is gone. I understand it's a franchise, but the owners are slowly taking away the representation of PHG

At the end of the day, this is just a mediocre commercial gym with zero amenities. We’ve brought these problems up to management multiple times, but nothing ever changes. I’ll be canceling my contract soon

We visited to set up our membership and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested and didn’t offer a tour or explain any of the amenities—just quickly set up our membership and showed us the after-hours entry before sending us on our way. We felt rushed and unwelcome, which is unlike any other gym experience we’ve had. If it weren’t so close to our home, we would probably consider canceling. This was not what we expected and left us pretty let down. Giving it 3 stars based purely on the equipment we could see from the front door.

The gym is small but it has the heavier equipment I was looking for. It's CLEAN!! There isn't a locker room but they have shelves that lock and a bathroom. It's easy to get in and get out. They have everything you need here and staff is friendly and helpful.

Best gym in Weatherford hands down. Very clean! Equipment is state of the art, everything you need to tone, build and get cardio! River manages the gym and is extremely professionsl and knowledgeable about fitness along with the owner and his trainers! They have lockers for your personal items, protein and energy drinks available for purchase along with Nutrition Nation supplements for purchase coming soon! They are open 24 hours for people with crazy work hours! Can't say enough about this gym and the fantastic atmosphere!

This is a wonderful, new gym in our area. The staff are friendly, helpful and work hard to provide a positive experience for all their members. The gym is spacious, clean and has plenty of equipment.
If you are a looking for an experienced, knowledgeable trainer, I highly recommend Dani. She goes above and beyond to help her clients achieve their goals. She makes working out fun and keeps workouts fresh. She’s an overall joy to work with.

Membership at Weatherford Powerhouse Gym has been an extremely positive experience. The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of equipment. Training with Danni has been a large part of that positive experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and is dedicated to her client’s success. One of the best gym experiences I have ever had!

Good quality equipment that is always maintained by the staff. The owners / management are super friendly and helpful. I personally am a big fan of the weightlifting equipment which is pretty solid. It typically never gets super packed either which is a plus since I come in the evenings after work.
