Absolutely love Prayers & Pilates! Super welcoming vibe and a great community of like-minded women. All the instructors are fantastic. Special shout out to Devon for always keeping me challenged, and to Juliana for leading the best stretch class ever. Highly recommend if you're looking for a supportive and motivating Pilates environment!

I've been taking classes at this studio for about a month now, and I'm so glad I found it! I've had an incredible experience so far. The instructors truly care, and the community of empowering women is something I've never experienced at another studio.

While the whole lineup is amazing, I've been lucky enough to have classes with Rory, Geneive, Holly, and Liz. Each one brings their own unique style to Pilates, which keeps me on my toes and makes every class feel fresh and exciting.

From the moment I walked into Prayers & Pilates Colleyville, I felt welcomed. The studio has a calm, faith-centered atmosphere that makes it easy to focus on both body and spirit.

I’ve enjoyed all of the instructors, but Holly stands out as exceptional. She has a gift for balancing encouragement with just the right amount of challenge. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or more experienced, she meets you where you are with kindness, expertise, and thoughtful guidance. Each of her classes feels fresh and engaging and Holly’s warmth and genuine care shine through in every session.

This studio is more than a place to work out, it’s a supportive community and a space for healing and fellowship. I couldn’t recommend Holly or Prayers & Pilates Colleyville more highly!

I literally love it at Prayers and Pilates!!! The fact that I can be a Pilates princess and worship God is such a FLEX!!! The new location is absolutely stunning!!! The reformers are so amazing and they have literally the cutest merch!!!! Not only that but it has given me so much confidence as a plus size woman!! As a single working mom it's literally my self care I feel so empowered and beautiful every single time I show up and leave!!!! 🩰🎀🌷🩷💕
