Charlie is a great trainer. I had hurt my back with other trainers and was concerned that strength training would not be possible for me anymore, but Charlie’s approach allows me to still get great workouts. He emphasizes proper form and technique instead of “ego lifting” that you get at most gyms. I highly recommend him.

Charlie is the best trainer. He has helped me to get stronger than I’ve ever been while working around long time shoulder issues. He knows how to help you so that you don’t hurt yourself and have success.

Charlie is one of the best trainers I have had. He is a master for isolating the muscle and helping with good form and posture. Also, after I broke my knee he went above and beyond to compose exercise reigmen that worked around my injury. Highly, highly recommend.

He's also a great guy!

I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Fitness. Over the past year, Charlie has guided me through a transformative journey, helping me shed 75 pounds and gain 15 pounds of muscle. As a 45-year-old newcomer to resistance training, I was initially worried about injuries. However, Charlie consistently balanced my safety with the encouragement needed to push beyond my comfort zone.

I feel revitalized and am eagerly anticipating my first-ever 5k next month. Precision Fitness has made an incredible difference in my life.

Charlie has a long term approach to fitness. He focuses on a strong foundation that can be built upon for the future. He pushes for results and increased performance, but does it mindfully to avoid injury and downtime from reaching your goals.
