I started with Ben to increase my mobility and stability. Since March, Ben has been consistently adding exercises to do just that. I was able to walk three Disney parks last week without issue. BIG VICTORY!
Whenever I have an area that hurt or is bothersome, Ben will offer a solution, for which I’m very thankful. He also encourages me to eat better and drink my lemon water. I think Ben is the best fitness coach around and an even better human.

I was a little hesitant to start getting back into the gym given I have several past injuries from sports and surgeries that I was concerned about agitating again.
Ben and Cody have worked with me not only to correct and strengthen those areas, but get me back to feeling normal, have my full range of motion, AND not have to hold back in the gym!
These guys are the real deal. Thoughtful approaches in every aspect of our training and coaching, and the extra classes they offer throughout the week are great. Really appreciate the community they have created with all of their clients and then tie it together with group workouts.
Can’t recommend PresFit enough to anyone serious about bettering themselves!

There's nothing like having a fitness journey with a coach who challenges you and also jokingly calls mma training "couples counseling" while my husband and I proceed to punch each other - with mats and restraint of course. We started the journey wanting to get back some energy and physical activity we had pre-covid, and have so far been true to our goals. The Presfit team has been very accommodating to our schedules, going so far as rescheduling day of and making hotel workouts as needed. So far, this has been a rewarding fitness journey that we're looking forward to continuing with a team we know is invested in us.

I've had an amazing experience with PresFit in Waxahachie and highly recommend them!! Ben, Cody, and Autumn are very knowledgeable and encouraging coaches. Ben takes a LOT of time to customize programs for clients - your plan isn't going to be cookie cutter. Another big plus is that they'll work with your schedule. Whether you want to train in the comfort of your own home, a gym, or in a group setting, they've got it all. My time in the program has been transformative. Give them a shot!

I Cannot recommend Presfit enough! My wife and I started our fitness journey with them 6 months ago and are the healthiest we've ever been (started at 30% body fat and now I'm under 20%!) With their multi-faceted approach, you're given a depth of knowledge that leaves you solid foundation on which to build. They really cater to your individual needs and work to insure you meet your fitness goals (which you establish on the first day) and keep growing! Do yourself a solid and contact them. You won't regret it.
