Matt is the absolute best trainer and has created an amazing space to reach your goals no matter what they are. His presence really makes you feel he's giving you his 100% attention and truly listens to you. Every move and workout is intentional to give you the results you are looking for, and to be honest also to just be able to move better in everyday life.
You can tell he loves what he does from his constant positive attitude and not only that but really cares for his clients! He's super nice and welcoming at the same time so knowledgable and a great teacher! If you want a safe space to start or continue with your health and fitness goals Matt at Project Transcend is the perfect place.
He even offers a FREE session before paying for anything or making any commitment! I really love training with Matt. Every time I leave from a session, I just feel so good about myself!

Matt is very passionate and knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, recovery, and so many more things! He’s very patient and encourages me quite often when I am allowing myself to get in my head again. He cares, he intensely focuses on form to maximize the benefit of the exercises and prevent injuries. I get excited when I have a session with him, because I know I’ll leave feeling stronger and my cup will be full!

This facility is amazing! A1 equipment and love the vibe in there. Matt, the trainer is exceptional! Guy really knows his stuff from what workouts will get me the goals I’m aiming for, to good nutrition habits. And he’s very realistic with the goals and eating as well
He makes sure to show you how the workout should looks in an encouraging way and helps push you past your limits
