Hands down best gym in brownwood …….. actually have enough weights that you don’t have to wait on the ego half rep to get done …. And the music sets the tone not that crap they play in other gyms where you wanna bang your head on the wall cause it sounds like a junior high school dance …….. State of the art equipment the kind that gymrats have wet dreams about …. Went with my brother today on a day pass and had a great experience! Great atmosphere, all the equipment was clean and in great working condition, the lighting was perfect for pics too. Overall it’s a solid gym and definitely the best in brownwood!

I moved to Brownwood from Fort Worth and tried all other gyms in town. Pure fitness is hands down the best. Best equipment, best atmosphere, friendly staff, always clean, perfectly spaced out equipment. Super comparable to the gym I came from in Fort Worth!!

Pure Fitness in Brownwood is the best gym I have ever been to. It's a perfect mix of weights, machines, cleanliness, music, vibes, and friendly folks on their own fitness journeys. There's always plenty of open equipment and weights, a very full selection of machines, and everything is new, works, and is kept very clean. I'm fairly new to fitness, and have learned so much from Conner and other members. The vibes are always encouraging, safe, non-judgmental, and fun, but with commitment to bettering one's self through hard, worthwhile work. I've burned off fat, put on muscle, and look and feel totally different - sure, I could do that anywhere, but the environment and culture of Pure Fitness has brought me so, so far in just a few months, where I've failed over and over again in my fitness efforts in the past. It's the perfect gym for me: clean, lots of equipment, never too busy, the right mix of focused and social, folks of all shapes and sizes and ages, and huge for me, helpful and encouraging staff and members. I highly, highly recommend Pure Fitness if you want to make positive changes to your health, fitness, looks, and life, and have fun with great people along the journey.
