Awesome workout experience.
The facility is divided into three spaces. Theres the open floor for group exercises and yoga. Theres the weight room and the cardio section.
If you're looking for a full body workout, look no further. It really is pure fitness.

Marilyn is an excellent knowledgeable trainer and the atmosphere of the gym is friendly and sharing. Even though I'm working out, it feels like a good time whenever I go, great experience. She is very accommodating in helping your workout journey to be successful and achievable. Great job Marilyn!
