Whether you're a beginner or a regular in the gym, Rachel has your back. Although I am a regular, she has created new workout routines and meal plans for me. (You can teach an old dog new tricks!) I started training with Rachell on February 18th after taking a break from any serious strength and fitness training. We met for an assessment on my first appointment, then slowly began to push each session each time and she hasn't let me down. Rachell ensures training sessions are effective and fun for this more mature minded lady, lol. I'd happily recommend Rachell to anyone looking for a trainer that is open to listening to your goals and is willing to be flexible with scheduling.
