I am loving the updates to Raw Iron Henderson! It is laid out in a convenient way that flows for your workout. It is clean as well as stocked with protein and energy drinks, pre workout and pump pre when the owner is here. She has done a great job taking over this gym.

The new owner, Bethany, is absolutely killin’ it with all the awesome changes and upgrades! You can really feel the positive energy she’s brought in. The bathrooms and Equipment are SO much cleaner and way more comfortable to use now – such a huge improvement! I also absolutely love the layout of the machines now!
Can’t wait to see what she does next. This place just keeps getting better and better!

The gym has always been clean and well-maintained . They also have different options, like whether you're into cardio, strength training,, It also has recently been renovated which the results are really good. Another thing I like that they have feminine hygiene products in the restrooms comes in hand in case of an emergency. I’ve met a couple members that are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is really motivating. If you're looking for a great place to work out, I highly recommend checking it out!

Great place to train. With the 24 hour access it fits any schedule (and removes the „gym is closed“ excuses). The new setup and flooring updated the atmosphere and kept the „workout“ feeling.

Great atmosphere friendly people. Owners are very knowledgeable and helpful about weight training. They offer extra classes that are included in the price. Really like the competition between the raw iron gyms. Have not met anyone there yet that's not willing to help. 24/7 access is a plus for me.
