Got a day pass as I was traveling through Palestine. Staff was super friendly, seems to be a family owned gym which I really like. Great music, great atmosphere, and $5 day passes are a reasonable price. Will definitely come again next time I pass through town.

By far one of the best gyms I’ve been too. I joined just a a little over a month ago and the new owner Tre is very attentive and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Not only is he a great business owner, he’s an even better trainer. If you want a killer workout and see results, hit up Tre!

If you had a bad experience before, I recommend you give them another chance. So many amazing things happening right now at Raw Iron.

This gym was great and clean and well taken care of when it first opened and even more so when John and Stephanie started running it. However, ever since they have decided to move on the gym has gone to hell in a hand basket. There was trash all over, water bottles left in random places and never anyone there to speak to about any of it. To make matters even worse, the door is now locked and no one's key card will work to open it. They have locked out all of their paying customers with zero notice or even a sign posted. There is zero courtesy, respect or care for any of the people who are paying to keep the facility open, or at least previously open. I wouldn't suggest obtaining a membership to this gym unless you are consistently in Tyler or north of Tyler at one of the other locations.

I just watched my 600 pound life on tv and whoever the trainer was at your gym that was working with Nathan (from my 600 lb life) was amazing. I was very very impressed with his patience and how much he was trying to truly help Nathan to lose weight. Great job whoever this trainer was!!!!!
