After having my first child and moving to College Station I desperately needed to get back into a gym routine. I chose FBBC because it had daycare, but had no idea I’d be getting SO much more. The coaches are phenomenal and get to know each and every person. They send a reminder text if you haven’t been to a class in a week and are genuinely excited to see you when you show up again. CS Fit Body Boot Camp is a great place to work out! I stopped exercising years ago due to an injury and was out of condition.

Fitbody is an amazing program. I love being a part of the Fit Body Boot Camp family & cannot recommend their offerings highly enough! FBBC classes are challenging, but also adaptable. Doesn't matter if you're a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll get a great workout here.

The truly exemplary coaches offer personalized advice, encouragement, and instruction -- and the other FBBC members make you feel like you're part of a team. Working out in this kind of group setting has helped me to push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of. I have become a person who looks forward to working out, something I did not expect two years ago when I joined.

I like that there are lots of classes offered each day/week, but those sessions do have set times so that I make sure to commit and show up at the designed time instead of telling myself vaguely, "I'll go to the gym later," then skipping completely because the day got away from me.

Being a part of the Fit Body Family is an incredible investment in your own health, endurance, strength, and flexibility. I'm so glad I found this special place with its outstanding coaches!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this program! First of all the trainers are AMAZING. They are knowledgeable, challenging, fun and kind! They intentionally keep the groups small so that they can help each member. Form is so important for me as I have had neck and back issues and I feel as if they constantly monitor our form. If adaptations are needed, they suggest easy ones! Working out has become so fun! The music and the fun goes right along with the work! I have grown close to my classmates and our class is a genuine caring community. I broke my leg a little over a yr ago. I was really weak in my legs. I was off my leg for 14 weeks. My coordination was off. I couldn't even sit down on the floor because I couldn't get back up. Im 63 and felt I had to do something. I wasn't ready to get old. Since I started I can now get up off the floor and my coordination is getting so much better. This place is great! The coaches r genuinely concerned with were u need to grow. They pay attention to each one of us. The people u work out with become like family. We r all around the same ages. Everyone is so friendly and we all encourage each other. If u can't do an exercise they modify for u! Can't say enough good things about the staff. Great place!

Been working out with the coaches for 9-10 months now. I love the coaches here!! I'm just a regular college student with some military background and I can tell you the workout they make us do is no joke. You wont see any dramatic changes right away but you have to see the bigger picture here. Coaches here definitely help you how to form habits of just working out regularly and this helped me form better lifestyle. The demographics of the people who shows up here are typically older people but I strongly recommend people whos around my age (young college students) to just come out and try if you really want to get started on getting fit and stay healthy!

I was stuck in routine, and always thought I was too tired to workout and work. I joined a challenge at Fit Body Boot Camp CS and thought I would have to make myself stick to it and just show up. That was almost 2 years ago. I am upset if I can’t show up. I’m tired if I can’t show up. I love the environment, people, and workout I get. Workouts go by fast and are paced for every level. When I signed up I told the coach I wanted to be on a geriatric level 😅 and they never forced me into anything. There is always subtle encouragement and loving motivation. Your body will change, but more importantly your mind will change. A great place to go for HIIT workouts! Encouraging coaches, good at meeting you where you're at. I was only able to attend for two weeks, but enjoyed every session. They have a good community, focused on a overall healthy lifestyle.

This has been the best place I’ve worked out!! Everyone is super friendly & encouraging. I like that the trainers are so personable; they are available to help & encourage through exercises, eating plans or to answer questions. Each workout is 30 minutes but can be as challenging as you want it to be. I love the accountability & working out with new (&old) friends. This gym is a jewel!!

I’ve been training with College Station Fit Body Boot Camp since they opened March 27, 2018 and believe this place has 3 of the most experienced & committed trainers around.
CSFBBC is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. I’ve noticed my fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I have to be reminded that my body needs REST TOO.
CSFBBC trainers ensures that your technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and if you are injured in any way they work to modify the exercise to be beneficial for you. The staff is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I thoroughly enjoy working out in the indoor environment (NO ONE NEEDS TO BE REMINDED OF THIS TEXAS HEAT), and would recommend CSFBBC to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.
