My mom is doing this for flexibility and some activity for her bone health and strengthening her core muscles. She did deep breathing and several floor exercises. She loved it from day one. Nancy spent a great deal of time explaining it to her and she was kind and soft spoken. My mom has found renewed limberness and enjoys coming here for the attention care and sensitivity nancy showed her. You will be so happy you came here. I've been attending Rebel Pilates for about a month now, and I didn’t realize just how challenging Pilates could be. It’s been a humbling yet rewarding experience as I train my body in new and different ways. Nancy is an incredible instructor—patient, attentive, and firm when needed. I really appreciate her guidance and the way she explains movements clearly, making sure everyone feels supported and challenged at their own level.
I enjoy the versatility between the reformer and mat Pilates sessions. Each class feels fresh and targets different areas of the body.

I’m so grateful that I found Nancy at Rebel Pilates! My goals are to gain core strength, improve my posture, and just move. It has been so great to have her guide me through private pilates sessions and hold me accountable. I have learned a lot about myself and my body through this journey. Highly Recommend! I started out hesitant because I was looking for something specific! I have had back pain and weak abdominal muscles after having a child. Nancy has help me through alot of identifying what areas I need to work on and I have been doing both Privates and Mat classes ever since!! I feel stronger and have noticed a difference in my overall health! So grateful that Rebel Pilates has opened up so close to home and I love the Boutique style of this studio! It also provides a more intimate style of workout that I can’t get at the other big box gyms/studios.

I was looking for a way to improve my flexibility, posture and balance with stretching. I have never really worked out before, so I didn’t have a lot of basic knowledge of fitness. My daughter recommended this studio. I’m so glad that I tried it out and now I look forward to going. In addition to my original goals Nancy has taught me movements that target different areas of my muscles to help build strength.
Nancy has been amazing and supportive, and helps keep my body aligned while doing Pilates. I feel good after each session and look forward to the next one. I highly recommend this studio for beginners and those more experienced than me.

I started Rebel Pilates in December. I had been looking for a Pilates studio for a while. This is probably the only work out I have ever done that I look forward to. The workouts are challenging, but I don't leave feeling horrible and I feel better. In the two months that I have been going, I feel more toned and have learned this new method of Pilates that uses different tools. Every class I have attended is different and Nancy is so welcoming and will accommodate, based upon who is in the class. I definitely recommend this studio!!
