I highly recommend RPG. My daughter Liah has been interested in gymnastics since the age of two, but we only recently enrolled her this year. On her first day, she was tearful and reluctant to participate, but Coach Jaryn exhibited remarkable patience with her. She is a skilled coach who effectively teaches my daughter to listen, focus, and follow instructions, and my daughter is learning to wait her turn and execute the routine in a step-by-step manner. I am delighted with my daughter's improvement. Thank you, Coach Jaryn, RPG, and your staff. I also appreciate Ms. Vanessa's warm welcomes at the front desk, which help my daughter feel relaxed.

I was happy with the service till my daughter joined the team. My daughter loved gymnastics so much and wished to join the team, we asked alot how can we join the team and no one answered us till I asked for a private training for my daughter. My daughter kept complaining from her coach that he is so nervous, he says bad words, and he is so mean. She came back from the practice with lots of scratches on her legs and hands and we gave lots of concerns about that and no one cared. In the competition she got low scores in the floor routine and we were so sad that no care from her couch to improve her or fix her routine mistakes. My daughter went into a severe anxiety after that and started to get panic attacks every time she goes into practice with that coach, she complained multiple times how he is so so tough, harsh and mean with her. I called the gym to ask to speak with the manager and discuss the problem, and one of the front desk answered me, she is also soooooooo mean, I left a message to the manager expecting him/her to call me back, and no one called me. Next week my daughter went to her practice and she got the panic attack again, I asked the same front desk to meet with the manager, and she badly answered me "I am the only one here", then I asked I have a problem with my daughter and I left a message to the manager and no one called me back. She actually didn't show any care like you can do whatever you want, and her response was very bad in front of people, and when I saw her careless reaction I finally said "ok thank you". And I got my daughter and left this gymnastics and I will quit this place. I couldn't imagine that my daughter who loved the gymnastics so much, to reach to that point with feeling of anxiety when she goes to the place and see that coach.
However, I would like to thank some of the girls coaches who helped in my daughter's practice, they were very nice with her.
Our kids are very precious and we send them to play sports to have fun, fitness and build their bodies, not to get psychological problems and at the end no one cares and also they deal with you in a bad manner. We pay lots of money and we respect the rules, however, in that place I did not find except a disrespect and careless. The girl in the front desk really a very bad representative to this place. Thank you very much.

This place has some great coaches, but also some abusive ones. You've been warned.

We have our 3.5yo enrolled here. The best thing here is the "curriculum." We tried several other gyms in the Pearland/Manvel area and so many of them are just glorified babysitting for the toddler age range. I'm not expecting my child to go to the Olympics at 3 but I do expect structured skill building. Reflex offers that. She loves her coaches. They have plenty of seating for parents to view.

My daughter loves going there, her coach is great BUT front desk Elizabeth is unprofessional, rude and made a huge mistake regarding the schedule that my 9 year old had tears because she couldn't attend her class. Elizabeth didn't apologize for her mistake, instead rolled her eyes.

My 9 year old daughter has been going here a couple months. She has no experience so it was wonderful they had a beginner class for ages 9 and up. After 3 classes she was moved up and her Coach for the new class is outstanding. Coach Ainsley (might be misspelled) is just wonderful with the kids. She demonstrates everything and is so encouraging while actually teaching the skills. I’m amazed how she can be helping one student but still give feedback to the others while they’re working at another β€œstation.” She’s very aware of what each student is doing at all times. My daughter has never had more fun in her life and it’s so fun so watch her confidence grow.

My 4 year had been going for over a year and a half. My 3 year old was going to join the leaping lizards. After her trial week - to see if she liked it and was a good fit - we told them we would be back next week and would pay and register. They told us that would be perfect and to see us next week. However when we showed up, they told us that she needed to be registered (even though she was already in the system from doing the daddy and me course). The reason given was that the class was full. However, in the year that my older daughter has been coming, there have never been more than 5 kids ever show up even though there are two teachers in the class. We have only missed one week in the past 18 mos. I guess priority is given to those that pay and don’t show up. We will be looking for a new gym. While we hadn’t had any issues in the past (other than less that stellar cleanliness), if you don’t want our business then we will take it elsewhere. Personally I would recommend a place that values their customers a little more.

Beware! My daughters attended Reflex for 3 years and we never had any problems. When they were 8, they started a more intense class. They came to me crying after a class because the coach had pushed them down into their splits telling them to "feel the pain". I was furious and spoke to the coach and owner. We demanded our money back but they refused. We eventually got our money back but that coach is still working there. Don't let your kid go here!

I have been watching my great nieces and nephew for the last 3 years. They all started very young and have gained confidence and many skills. They had to learn to listen, build strength, balance and correct use of the equipment. I have found everyone they encountered to be professional and very respectful to the little egos. All 5 of them are eager to be there, smile the whole time and have had amazing coaches. I am anxious to see what will be in store for them as they grow into better athletes.

Reflex the Pearland gymnastics academy is such an amazing place I don’t know where to begin. I have not been here for long February will only be a year but I feel as if I have been here for way longer. From the ladies at the front desk to the optional coach the entire facility is so welcoming and supportive I not only have grown as a gymnast but as a person. I love these people so much they are not only my friends but my family!

Greatest person! SEAN TOWNSEND as coach. It's sad when someone gets fired for stealing or abusive language has to slam this gym! I'm here to stand for this gym. It's held its own and thru a great fight. So down with S and 5stars for the gym and kids!!!

I was a student there and I was treated like dirt. The owner was rude and confrontational with my parents. To the point where my father said he has Napoleon complex and he would never let me be at a place where the owner doesn’t care about their clients.

Good program. My children enjoy the recreational classes here, and I've been happy with their prices and confidence boost. Stephanie is a pro with the littlest ones! Some of the young instructors are great, and some need a little more coaching on dealing with behavior issues that arise. Overall very pleased.

Was there for a gymnastics meet. Wandered into a room right by the observation area to take a call. There was a door and and a gate that were standing wide open and there was no sign. One of the employees came in and very rudely told me I couldn't be in there, that it was for the coaches and that I would be liable for any "issues". I suggested then that they should have put up a sign or shut a door.

I think it is over the top to threaten legal action when someone made a simple mistake.

Terrible. It's a dim, dark warehouse setting. It's hot and uncomfortable for the parents let alone the kids that are doing classes. The "coach" my 3 yr old had was awful. She's a kid herself and has no business working with kids. She spent the entire time sounding like a broken record, fussing at the kids and saying their names in a monotoned voice the entire time, rather than engaging them and giving them direction. I bought 2 groupons for 6 weeks of classes for each of my kids at $90 and will never take either of my kids back again,

This Gym is amazing. My daughter and I moved to League City in May 2013 from Reno, Nevada. We missed the high school cheer tryouts so I wanted to get my daughter in a gym to keep her active until tryouts came back around. After calling several gyms in the League City area without response I called Reflex (not knowing how far Pearland was from my house in League City) but they called me right back and I have been making the drive twice a week for over 8 months now and it's worth it. The front desk staff is so nice and helpful, the coaches are amazing (Ernie is my Fav). The owner/management is always onsite and active in the gym. I have watched other girls progress like crazy (when I'm suppose to be watching my daughter). I love this gym. Go-Grow & Be Great @ Reflex Gymnastics & Cheer Gym, wow that sounds like a commercial (LOL).
