Ivy is an absolute GEM of an instructor. She is a well of knowledge and incredible experience which have been lifechanging for me in better understanding and healing my body. I have learned so much and have become so much more aware of my body's cues and how to better listen to it.
I struggle with lots of muscle issues every second of the day and I can truly say that life has become more manageable (physiologically and psychologically) the more I learn.
Although she is a Pilates instructor, she is not your typical rigid structured instructor. She applies many different techniques and always eager to hear where you're at to best cater to what the body needs.

Above all that, she is also extremely warm, personable, funny, grounded and makes her whole business so incredibly welcoming to any person to feel safe to come as they are.
Truly a magical unicorn in the field.

If any of this resonates, she's your person!

Forever thankful ❤️

Ivy is a great instructor! She is patient and understanding of where her clients are at each appointment. Sessions with Ivy result in feeling better no matter how I start. I am so glad I found her!

Ivy is an amazing teacher. I had taken a few Pilates classes from other studios, but never one with a teacher like Ivy. It has been life-changing really. Because I am a full-time illustrator, I spend hours "curled" over my drawing table or my computer. After only a few classes with Ivy, I actually began sitting at my work tables a little differently, feeling better each week. Then, after about a year of classes in-person with Ivy, the pandemic happened, and we began working online. Ivy didn't miss a beat. And in some ways the pandemic was a silver lining for us, because recently we moved across the country, and we have been able to continue with our classes as though we we never left Austin. Every time we take a class from Ivy, we begin our work day standing a little taller and breathing a little easier, and generally just feeling wonderful and ready to take on the day. Thank you Ivy!

I have been working with Ivy Baron in classes and in one-on-one sessions for over five years. She is an excellent, compassionate, embodied, inclusive teacher and meets her students where they are. She is great fun and really knows her stuff. She is always learning herself and encouraging her students to do the same. I highly recommend her for both online and in-person work.

Ivy is the instructor you want. She works with all ages and abilities and tailors the program to each client. I started Pilates in my later years and—thanks to her customized instruction— has improved my posture, balance, flexibility, breathing and core strength. Ivy has made a huge difference in my quality of life.
