Love the private studio and 1:1 training! I am seeing results and RoJo is my "accountability partner" on my journey to better flexibility and tone! Every training session is an education in "building my new & improved body" as we work towards my goal. Do what he says- it works!
I’ve worked out with trainers for the past 16 years and trained with coaches in competitive skating for decades before that. The program Robert put together for me is legit the least effort ever and the best results ever! Who knew that was possible??

When I earned my pro card in 2019, Robert was the person I turned to because I knew he could help me make the mental and physical transition from amateur to pro bodybuilder. Robert was the first coach I had ever hired in my bodybuilding career, the first person I ever let control every aspect of my training and my nutrition. He was not just my coach, he became a great friend. He was a fantastic coach and I was sad to see him leave San Diego, but family takes precedence above everyone else. We still keep in touch and I have continued to utilize many of his principles in my training to this day because he is that good. If you need a trainer or a coach, RoJo is your man.

Working out with Robert has been amazing! He has been doing this for a long time and you can definitely tell. He is very knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done in order to get your body where you want it to be. I have been seeing great results in a short amount of time by following the personalized meal plan he created for me and working with him 2-3 times a week. He is always super encouraging and makes every workout enjoyable. I would 100% recommend working out with Robert to everybody!

I hired Robert as my personal trainer, just as I was ending my 6 months with another trainer. My previous trainer couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t lose the weight she had me put on (done by reverse dieting). When i came to Robert I was defeated, my previous trainer made me feel like a guinea pig when the weight wasn’t coming off.
Robert took one look at my plan, macros, ec. He knew right away what I needed, and how to help me obtain my goals!
Within weeks of working with Robert, I finally started to see the scale move.
I finally started to see what having the right plan for my body and age could do!
He is very professional, helpful and made all workouts fun!

A friend directed me to Robert. I wanted to do a show and she said I think he is the guy for you. She was right. He trained me to my needs and helped me do that show and another. I had a good knowledge base, but learned so much more. We became quick friends and even though he left me here in San Diego to go do what he does in Texas, we are still great friends. If you want a trainer that doesn’t look at you like everyone else, doesn’t look at you like a “source of income”, if you want a trainer who cares about your physical and mental well being and one who will make you laugh and smile throughout a grueling workout-Robert is your man. When I first met with Robert he told me we can create whatever physique I wanted, give him 90days. I had no idea where my physique could go - but he did. At the time I was a cardio queen and didn't do much strength training. Strength training changes everything! Trust his process, execute his plan, let him push you with strength training and you WILL need a new drivers license cause the transformation is gonna be huge!
