Highly recommend this RAT training institution. Joe the instructor is very patient, informative, and explains everything thoroughly. I went in there with ZERO experience climbing and was quite nervous, although Joe made it seem like a breeze. I was ascending, descending, and transferring within the same day. RATE 10/10 AND I'm definitely coming back for my level 2 and level 3!
